 + -1 moreWe have a mid-century modern rosewood dining room table that was sun faded and in dire need of refinishing. I found Bob on Angies List and gave him a call. He came and looked at it, gave us an estimate and a few days later picked it up. He brought it back yesterday. It is stunning! It honestly looks better than when we bought it some 40+ years ago. I highly recommend Bob. Very professional, reasonably priced and he was a pleasure to work with.

 + -1 moreIf possible, the table looks even better than new. It is now a beautiful new addition to a beautiful new house. They picked up and delivered at no extra charge and had sensible suggestions for repair. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Extremely professional and skilled.

Description of Work: I was given 6 ladderback chairs with rushed seats that had been torn up by a cat. The chairs came back like new. It took a bit longer, but they told me up front, the person who would do the work had been ill and would not be able to get to them right away. The seats are perfect and were sealed. He also reglued the frames. I will definitely use them for some refinishing work I have.

 + -1 moreThe quality of the work was very good. The chair seat, which had been broken, is now strong and perfectly matches the caning on the back. They took quite a long time, which luckily did not matter to us. It might have gone more quickly had we indicated we were in a rush. When the chair was returned, we realized that a screw, which had been scraping the floor, had not been sunk in as we had earlier requested. They cheerfully took the chair back to their workshop, fixed not only that screw, but all of them, and delivered the chair the following day in perfect condition with no additional charge for sinking the screws.
Description of Work: Re-caned the seat of a bentwood rocking chair, stained it to match seat back, and sunk screws that were exposed on the bottom of the chair.
