When he power washed the house, he got some water in an electrical box and it caused me to have some problems with my computer and tv. He never washed the screens, he just brushed them.

I was pleased with the cleaning that Mr. Oliver did. I was a little concerned because he left the front door wide open & my cats could have gotten out despite being trained not to hang around the door. Fortunately, I found them still in the house. I was nonplussed to see my bud vase of fresh roses lying on its side, water spilled onto the towel on the counter (it had been removed from the windowsill by Mr. Oliver). I was chagrined to hear the ladder being dragged across the hardwood floors (I was in the basement). Despite the fact that the ladders lacked ''booties'' the scratches on my living room floor probably weren't new. Also, he forgot to clean the two, small cellar windows and forgot that I had specifically mentioned them before he gave me the estimate on his first visit. He did clean them and the price didn't change.
