Justin and his team did a great job on our patio. Ver responsive and prompt.

Worst experience ever with contractor. Justin Barnes was paid in full and never returned to finish the work. He caused significant damage to our yard and the yard of our neighbor. He has refused to give us the name of his liability insurer to allow our neighbor to make a claim. Dishonest. Poor quality. A week long estimated completion has dragged on for over a month. Chronic no shows. Mistakes that resulted in cutting a drain pipe, cutting underground wiring, parts of the lawn not in the back of house where the patio work was done were damaged. He used our yard to store pavers that he was using for other jobs while our project was being ignored. The quality of the work was poor, edges of the patio slope and there are uneven pavers in various places. He used cement to edge the work rather than the modern edgers other professionals use. This effectively made his shoddy work permanent. If you want quality work, an honest businessman, consistent progress and to be treated well please don’t use Justin Barnes of Barnes Property Services. He is none of those things and does none of those things.

They were prompt and able to complete the work in a single day. They graded the lawn as asked and made the slope more appropriate for runoff and for general appearance. The real winner was the path they installed. Beautiful two tone, multi-size paver path. They amended the grade around the path as appropriate, filled the path with poly-sand, and, again, completed the project in a single day. Overall, they were courteous and easy to work with. As the day progressed, I had multiple discussions with them, as they or I needed, to hash out any minor details. They also put in a little extra, much appreciated, effort to try and chip an root/stump piece away to better grade the lawn. My wife and I were very happy and will definitely consider bringing them back for future projects!

It went very well. They were good company and good guys. They had a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to all.
