"We woke on a Saturday morning to discover that our 2 yr old refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working even though the interior light was on. We contacted Green’s Appliances where we had purchased it as well as an extended warranty. They basically said that we had no options but to deal with the dilemma until Monday when they could call a repairman. So we called A&B Appliance Service. I was greeted cordially, explained our dilemma and Tom graciously looked up our model number and started troubleshooting over the phone. We discovered the issue and it was fixed. He could have just as easily come to our house and charged a service call but he chose not to. This is not the first time that we have called and gotten advice over the phone. A&B Appliance Service is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They care more about the customer than the almighty dollar."

He also promotes local appliance retailer and that I should mention his name for a good deal. After researching his diagnoses (Youtube} I called another technician and had range repaired for under $300."

"First repairman (from another company) did not fit problem. Due to date conflict this company was then sent and found the problem. Adam did a temporary repair and ordered replacement part. He came back at my convenience and installed the part - requiring taking all shelving out for a second time. He then replaced all shelving and food that had been removed. Very personable, very neat. I'm very pleased."
