+ -1 moreShowed up needing bathroom. Very unprofessional. Questionable on so many levels. Basically ordered me to vacuum behind the dishwasher. I opted to purchase a new dishwasher rather than order a part he could not guarantee would fix the problem.

+ -1 moreOur driyer had broken. I called at 9 am and described the problem. Gave him the make and model. He arrived here at 1:30 pm. and had fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes- the belt had broken. Very professional and polite.
