I can't remember the gentleman's name who did the work, but he explained everything about the project. He did an amazing job and was respectful not only to me and my property, but also to my neighbors. He cleaned up after and I was happy to have clean, functional, and secure gutters.at a fair price. Nick was great ? work is excellent. They re-did my side entryway stairs making them safer. They also corrected my main entryway where the bricks were collapsing. They 5 star plus.

Nick contacted me within hours of my request for a gutter repair and we quickly made arrangements for the repair. He phoned me twice within 24 hours to keep me appraised on scheduling and follow up. He and Dylan arrived on schedule, were knowledgeable, professional and completed the project within the quoted price in a matter of hours. We discussed future potential projects and I have NO hesitation in utilizing Nickel City Property Maintenance again in the near future.

They kept me informed on when they would arrive. Nick explained everything to me anc after the job was complete he showed me what they did. I would hire them again in the future for more projects around my home.

Nickle City was quick to contact me, arrived when expected, and kept me well informed about the job as it progressed. They persevered regardless of less that desirable weather conditions and the work area was cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. I hope to use them again next spring to continue to do more work for me.

I really was apprehensive using ANGI again! Nickle City Property Management did through and concerned work on my ton of leaves! It’s quite the job, 1/2 acre w 13 trees and 2 structures.
