The tile install & grouting went perfectly. Tony did an outstanding job. The tiles were cut perfectly around the electrical outlets and switches. The lines were perfect. My wife, who is a graphic artist, is extremely pleased with the results. Tony cleaned up after both days and he was friendly and professional the entire time he was in our townhome. We were so pleased with Tony we have scheduled him back to install a tile floor in the mudroom and also some wall tile in the 2nd floor master bath. Just recently,Tony and his assistant did fine quality work on a couple of bathrooms for us. They were always prompt, courteous and pleasant. If there was a concern about something, Tony went out of his way and took care of it without any hesitation. The pricing was very reasonable and we would definitely call on him in the future.

I initially contacted Tony for re-grouting and fixing a cracked tile for the shower stall in our master bathroom. After he looked at it, he discussed potential problems with the shower stall and that the entire tiled surface of the stall needed to be replace because of potential water and mold problems. He said he'd do it for $3,000 - labor and materials included. As I never had any tile work done before, I had a case of sticker shock and felt skeptical of his diagnosis. However, I decided to take a chance because Tony wasn't pushy and showed willingness in taking me through the project step-by-step. Also, it was either that or replace all of the tiles in the bathroom, which would have cost me significantly more. I was especially pleased when Tony guided me through the selection process of tiles. The walls behind the tiles had extensive mold - just as he suspected. The finished work was much better than I anticipated and I am glad I selected with Tony and his partner Paul. They finished the work in four days, putting in 4-5 hours a day. They were punctual and kept the work area clean. It was sparkling clean once the job was finished. They are also courteous and professional. I highly recommend Tony's Tile Works.

Tony was professional, and work was performed as contracted.

Vendor was difficult to reach and schedule. Arrived on time when appointment finally set up. He willingly returned after finished job showed several spots that dried thin or were missed entirely and fixed them. However, initial work was average at best. The vendor lacked professionalism, referring to my wife as "Sweetie" in an initial phone call and me as "Buddy" on the job. I didn't mind the over-familiarity to myself, but I believe that women deserve far greater respect from male contractors. He also spent considerable time on cell phone calls while on our job.

Tony and his team were on time, professional, and courteous. The job was completed way earlier than expected and my shower looks absolutely amazing. I totally recommend Tony's services and will definitely be using him in the future.

He matched the grout perfectly and blended it in with the existing grout so well that you can't tell where the repairs are and where the original is. He taught me how to do it myself, complete with all the tricks and hints to make it easy and perfect, so that I can patch up any future little problems myself. He brought all the tools he needed and cleaned up after he left. He was very professional and very personable. I would definitely hire him again.

Tony did a beautiful job on the backslash. He conducted himself in a very professional way and listened to all I had to say. I picked the tile and it was installed with great craftsmanship. I am thinking of tiling my floor next and I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony. The work was done quickly and with great expertise Definitely a recall.

He was fine, we just decided not to go with tile flooring. The price was reasonable. It was a one man company.

Tony helped us design a new look to our old 80+ year old fireplace. We picked out and paid for the granite, and Tony picked it up when it was ready. The installation went fine. He also painted the interior of the firebox with a high temperature black paint. Tony is prompt, professional, and does good work. He also had good suggestions at the beginning of the project.

Overall the experience was painless, they made it easy for us. Having work done in your house while living there is always an issue but not this time. It was a total enjoyable experience.

He's punctual, clean, and friendly. He listens to what you want and offers suggestions. His prices are outstanding, and his work is unbelieveable. His tile work is absolutely beautiful.
