He was very good on time and cleaned up his mess and he was very good at finding problems and fixing them

Was wonderful. Everything was done beyond expectation. Anthony was extremely professional and willing to make changes as needed. His workmanship is excellent. The bench looks like a piece of furniture that fits perfectly in our angles space.

If you are looking for excellent tile work at a reasonable price, please call Tony. My problem was a cracked tile in my master bath. That problem increased when a well-meaning-relative decided she could fix it resulting in a much larger problem to resolve. Since I had just placed my home on the market that week, I needed it to be read to show....IMMEDIATELY. Tony was called. He came over to look at the damage and gave me an estimate and was there the following day to complete ALL of the necessary work. His demeanor was professional and friendly and his work was excellent. If I had any other projects, I would hire him in a heartbeat. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Tony discovered a serious flaw in a previously installed seat and window surround in the master shower, which could have caused injury at worst, water back-up at best. Not only did Tony remove the shower seat, he efficiently installed a beautiful one-piece marble seat and matching window sills. Further, he personally contacted the previous installer and made the case for us to be reimbursed for the improper install! He went above and beyond to help us out.

Tony removed the old tiles, put mold resistant backer boards up and installed the new tiles. He added two corner marble shelves and replaced our shower head, faucet and drain and installed a grab bar/towel holder. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. We decided to have the bathtub refinished to match the new tile. Tony gave us the name of a company to do that. Tony is a very pleasant and accommodating person. We would definitely hire him again.

Tony did a nice job redoing tile on a bathroom floor. Tony got tiles that my wife and I had picked out at a tile supply store. He removed an old toilet, some old tiles and part of the sub floor where the toilet had leaked. He laid concrete in that spot, and let it dry. The next day, he installed new tiles over the old tile floor. He installed a new toilet and grouted the floor and cleaned up. He also cut a little bit off the bathroom door so it would fit the new slightly raised floor. The floor looks great. This is a second job for Tony, so he works approximately 4:00-8:00 P.M. This was fine with us.

Tony took care of getting the materials. He showed up on time, finished early and did a perfect job. He also checked with me to be sure i was happy with everything at every step of the job. Everything was spotless when he finished. He is very professional.

Tony came in a timely manner and installed the grab bars before our company came. Tony arrived shortly after we called him. He was professional and courteous as usual and we would use his services again.

We wanted some damaged tiles removed. Tony advised us that, because the tiles were recently installed, and because the adhesives currently in use for installing tile are very strong, it would not be possible to remove the tiles without damaging surrounding tiles. We opted to have the tiles patched. Tony did a fine job.

Arrived as scheduled on the right day at the right time. It took about a week to get the work done. Completed task looks great and will last many years.

Tony makes you go to the other guy and all of their stones and stuff are super expensive. Although they are very nice, they import some of the most beautiful stones I have ever seen. It costs like $40,000.Tony had an attitude and treated me poorly because I am a woman. I was so bad that I would never hire him again. He brought a guy in that was half drunk and stunk of cigarettes. He did a half of the job and he had enough tiles to finish the job. He sucked.

Tony did excellent work. The cost was reasonable. He ensured I knew what was going on at all times. His two workers were real professionals. I am looking at getting him to do some more work for me.

Tony came to our house twice to discuss options. Both were by appointment at my convenience and Tony was at my door when he said he would be. He explained the work detail, and gave me the price. On the appointed day for the work, Tony and Danny arrived on time, Tony explained the project to Danny and Danny worked steadily for the entire day. He not only completed the shower so it looked like new, but secured several loose tiles within the bathroom and secured a loose air duct vent (not on the work list) that had been bothering us for years. Tony returned at the end of the day to check everything and put a few finishing touches on everything. The experience was very professional as were the results. Tony's Tile Service, unlike many larger companies is an old fashion "service" with obvious experience with focus on detail and a satisfied customer. A great find. Went fine for what was done. Tony essentially wants to sell you tile replacement and clearly explains what he thinks is needed and outlines the various cost levels. He'll recaulk as a stopgap but won't regrout if there is any evidence of mold or water damage. Minimal pressure but clearly there to get you to buy new tile. Did nice job of making things look better for the present

I c ouldn't have asked for a more seamless and smooth job. Tony and his helper provided everything they said they would in the estimate. I am very pleased with his work and would definately use him again.

Tony got back to me within 24 hours, come over and gave me estimate as well as options for the repair. He gave me an idea of when he could do the job and was able to reschedule to an earlier date when I requested change. Tony and Paul not only did a great job but also cleaned up the bathroom beautifully. I would definitely use this service again!

I signed up for a "Big Deal" of four hours of caulking. He asked me what needed caulking and I pointed it out, including some areas that he said did not need caulking. He pointed out multiple other issues around my bathroom that he could fix for additional charges. I probably got what I would have received if I contacted someone separately to come in, paying for a service call and about 20 minutes of caulking. Since then I do not pay attention to "Big Deals," separate from the ratings of providers and services that I need anyway. I am assuming that Big Deals commonly operate to enable a provider to come in and advise a customer on what the provider can do through additional work if the customer is willing to pay for the additional work. That's certainly fair enough; I now just assume that's what I am getting if I sign up for one.

Tony returned calls and kept appointments. Tony and Paulie did an excellent job with the installation in every way. They are highly professional, arrived on time, and worked well together at a quick pace. They did quality work and cleaned up after. The back splash looks GREAT. We would recommend them.

He gave me, what I considered, a fair price and scheduled the job just a few weeks out. As he suggested, I purchased the mechanism. He arrived, as scheduled, with one assistant. They completed the job in three days. They worked neatly and cleaned up well.

When I purchased the backsplash deal, Tony was quick to contact me via Angie's List message. We were able to set up a time for measurements. I asked for his retailer suggestion and I ordered the plain Subway tile. Tony said he would pick up the order. There was a slight delay in the installation due to the weather, but it was installed yesterday. The job went very smoothly. Tony and Paul spent about 4 hours getting the work done. This has really brightened up my kitchen. I would call Tony again for other tile work.

Everything was great. He was great. I paid only the Big Deal price. He gave a diagnosis of what he found and stuff like that.

Called Tony on Friday 1/9/15 explained the work required. He picked up the necessary materials and did the work on Monday 1/12/25. We have used Tony before and have been thoroughly satisfied with his responsiveness and quality of his work. We also feel he is very reasonably priced. We will certainly not hesitate in using Tony for future jobs.

Tony and his colleague Pauly arrived at 9am on Saturday morning as he promised and got to work immediately. He had already discussed the job with us thoroughly and arranged for us to speak with a retail representative from the establishment from which we purchased our tile. The cost of the tile and other supplies was very reasonable ($250). The retail rep. ordered our tile and contacted us as soon as it arrived at the store, and Tony picked up the tile the day before he installed it in our home. I was nervous about one part of the job, specifically whether the installed tile foyer would be at the same height as the wooden flooring we just had refinished. Tony worked with me on this issue and when the installation was completed the tile and floor were perfectly matched up. I am delighted with his willingness to work with us and the finished product, which is beautiful. The entire job from start to finish took five hrs. They completed it without taking a break. I look forward to having Tony back in the spring to complete some outdoor masonry work on our front steps and to repair some inside tile work we had completed over twenty years ago. I give Tony and his great colleague Pauly the highest possible grades and give them my strongest recommendations! They are also very friendly and gentlemanly at all times. Thank you Tony and Pauly!
