Description of Work: The company seemed professional but did not complete the work as agreed. Originally, they said they would remove the tree for $1600 and the stump for $100. I requested a written estimate but it was never delivered. A crew with limited English speaking skills arrived on the agreed date but still without an estimate. I took a chance and went ahead. After taking down the tree, the crew boss said they did not bring the stump grinder but more importantly, the stump could not be removed. They gave my wife a receipt, without letterhead or business name, that simply indicated 'tree removal.' Calls to the main office were returned late. I was then informed that they could only take out part of the stump. Cost = $350. Had I known, I would not have proceeded with the work. Moral: obtain written estimates; obtain business license; obtain insurance provider and number.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure doing business with them from the beginning. I just happened to get their name off the computer and was so happy I chose them. Camilo Pavone was very professional when he came to give me an estimate. The workers that did the job were neat, quick and friendly. I would use them again in a second. Overall I give Tree Guys A+++.
Description of Work: They cut down and removed about 12 bushes in my backyard and a huge Maple tree.
