While Mike admitted he did not get much call for treating Ground Digger Wasps he assured me the method he used should eradicate the problem. I liked Mikes easy going manner and his quick response to my call. I called Mike in the morning and we set up an appointment in the late afternoon. When he found he could come earlier, he called to move up the appointment, which we did. Mike stressed that I should not water for 24 hours, keeping the treatment dust dry. Unfortunately, about an hour later we had a cloud burst and all ground was saturated. I called Mike, he quickly agreed to come again the next day to re-treat.
Description of Work: I had numerous Ground Digger Wasp nests that needed to be treated. These nests are not always easy to locate because of the nature of the Wasp to dig into the ground. But Mike did a thorough search and discovered some I had missed. I too went out and looked and wherever I located a large nesting hole, Mike efficiently treated the nest with a chemical dust.

Description of Work: I was more than satisfied by my experience! I was given the free termite inspection when he arrived for my pest removal service. He answered any questions that I had in a courteous and professional manner. He said if the nests have not calmed down by Sunday to give him a call back so he can spray again and his work also comes with a 90 day guarantee. I will definitely be using Surrender for any future pest issues that i may have
Description of Work: After seeing numerous yellow jackets in my house Thursday night and getting stung in the head by one I called Surrender first thing Friday morning., Mike was out at my house within the hour to take a look at my problem. He sprayed a yellow jacket nest in the back wall of my house as well as 2 wasp nests in the front.

In the spring we going to use Mike to put in termite bait stations around our property to protect our home. I like like him so much that I recommended him to my mom and she has been using him ever since.

Description of Work: we really liked the service and the man. He spent a lot of time at the house, was so nice and responsive . You absolutely can not do better than this. so pleased . Cost of the service was 299 and that includes 3 more visits. He is the owner and it is obvious that he cares.

My entire kitchen was infested with these horrible ants and Mike took complete control from start to finish. Not only did he eliminate the problem, he also took care of a mouse that was hiding in my basement. I found that Mike 's cost was reasonable and I got a 90 day guarantee. He worked diligently, efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I would strongly recommend Mike for any pest control issue you might have.

Description of Work: We had a severe carpenter ant problem and this service came highly recommended to us. It lived up to and exceeded its reputation. The owner, Mike Appel, came personally and spent several hours on the problem. He had to scale both our roofs to observe the pathways the ants were taking. And he did so, patiently, at length and completely. He then administered generous doses of the pesticide to each area and told us it was not toxic to humans. He was courteous, knowledgable and efficient in every way. He came back a week later to get our report of effect and to observe for himself. He then did a second treatment, which really did the trick. As per our observations, this problem was eliminated totally, since we didn't see one live carpenter ant thereafter. His price was most reasonable and we couldn't have asked for a better resolution of this problem for us. We give Mr. Appel our highest rating and recommend him with great enthusiasm. Stan Friedland

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS ALRIGHT. IT TOOK THEM A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO GET THE TERMITES UNDER CONTROL. THEY DID THE FIRST TREATMENT, THEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER CAME BACK AND USED A FOAM TREATMENT. NO MORE TERMITES.
