Sears Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

i called for restoration and got a quote $1 per SF and they specifically told men that its included a return, and a fan is an extra charge of $50 per day (which she say is only required if u have padding -which I don`t) and that a minimum charge is $138. when the tech guy came the next day the agreement as changed and now if not taking the fan for 3 days there is a return fee of $75 . i even told the manager to listen to the phone calls (its been recorded) he was not willing to listen... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

It turned out good. They were on time and the price was right. We had no problems.

They were really good. They were on time and will call before they come. I have used them for about 10 years.

I was dissatisfied with their service. We had called them because my husband noticed that one day when the dryer was on no air was being pushed out the opening in the back of the house so he though it needed cleaned. The gentleman that came to the house checked the hoses in the back and said that one was not connected. He then wanted to take his big dirty vacuum hose into my house and clean it from the inside. I made sure when I called that they would be cleaning from the outside. I asked him about cleaning outside and he said that it was late in the day and he still had four more houses so if I didn't want it cleaned from the inside he would pack up his things and leave. Cleaning from the inside with a disconnected hose would not have taken care of the problem so I asked about the disconnected hose and he went to check it out again. He was able to connect it and then was able to clean the vent from the outside opening. The process of this gentleman doing his job took quite a bit of discussion from my husband and myself.

They were polite on the phone and scheduled for one week later. They gave me a quote on the phone. Arrived on time. Cut two holes in the main and hooked up the vacuum. They then blew some compressed air into each duct, They said they removed a lot of debris but I didn't see much. After they had left I reached into the ducts with my hands and pulled out a lot of junk.

Our carpets looked brand new when done. We had even had some stains from pet defecation and they got rid of them. The whole experience from booking the appointment to finishing the job was very seamless.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT TOO HIGH PRICED. THE PIECES ARE CLEAN AND LOOK VERY GOOD. I WAS UNHAPPY THAT THEY STARTED THE WORK THEN TOLD ME THAT THE PRICE WAS SO HIGH.

I THINK EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH SEARS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND NICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HE MADE SURE ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WAS ANSWERED.

THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE IN THE SERVICES. THE COUCHES AND LOVESEAT LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THE WORKERS WERE KIND ENOUGH TO SPOT A PLACE ON MY CARPET AT NO CHARGE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY NICE.

SEARS IS A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT I CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR RELIABLE NAME. MY CARPETS ALWAYS SMELL AND LOOK A LOT BETTER AFTER THEY ARE FINISHED WITH THEM.

SEARS CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CARE IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I LIKE THE GOOD JOB THEY DO. I HAVE USED THEM FOR THREE YEARS.

SEARS WAS VERY PUNCTUAL FOR THE JOB AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN MOVING LARGE FURNITURE, AND MY CARPETS LOOKED GREAT AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.

AS SOON AS THEY CAME IN THE DOOR THEY STARTED INCREASING THE PRICE. I HAD A COUPON FOR THE JOB AND THE MAN KEPT ARGUING WITH ME ABOUT IT. MY STUFF SMELLED VERY BAD AND I HAD TO USE A DEHUMIDIFIER TO GET IT OUT.

SEARS DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPETS IN MY HOUSE. THE REPRESENTATIVES SHOWED UP ON TIME. I BELIEVE THE PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED.

I HAVE USED SEARS, AS WELL AS OTHER COMPANIES, TO CLEAN MY CARPET. I FEEL THE OTHER COMPANIES DID A BETTER JOB OF GETTING THINGS CLEAN. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS JUST FAIR.

THE GUYS CAME OUT RIGHT AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WAS GLAD THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. THE CARPETS LOOKED SO MUCH BETTER AFTER THEY WERE DONE.

I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO HAVE A MAN COME INTO MY HOME WHILE I WAS ALONE, BUT HE WAS THE MOST RESPECTFUL PERSON. THE CARPETING LOOKS WONDERFUL, AND SMELLS TERRIFIC. I LIKE KNOWING I CAN REQUEST THAT HE BE THE ONE TO COME AT ANY TIME.

I LIKE THE CARPETS BEING CLEANED BY SEARS. I USE THE COMPANY FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. IT IS QUALITY WORK. MY CARPETS ARE SPOTLESS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.

THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND THE COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING FANTASTIC! MY FRIENDS HAVE ALSO USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO COMPLAINTS.

SEARS DID A FAIR JOB ON MY CARPETS. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK OUT BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THE FIRST TIME, BUT THEY CAME BACK AND DID THE JOB RIGHT AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL AND SMELLS GREAT. I AM HAPPY WITH IT.

I AM WELL PLEASED WITH SEARS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, AND PROMPT. THEY COME OUT EVERY TWO MONTHS TO DEODORIZED, AND CLEAN MY CARPET. WHEN THEY ARE DONE MY CARPET ALWAYS LOOK BRAND NEW, AND SMELLS REFRESHED.
