We were fortunate enough that we had Mike, who assisted in completing the installation of an ACiQ HVAC system that had been attempted but failed by another business. He was able in getting this highly automated, fully computerized, next-generation modell ACiQ HVAC system up and running. Iâ d like to emphasize that multiple companies refused the installation claiming that this system was too complex and they have no experience. Mike took the time to look into it, understand it and make it work. Excellent job, I would highly recommend him.

When I first spoke with Mike by phone I felt that he was super up front and honest with me about everything, including price. It was nice that I could call or text. I had multiple refrigerated pieces of equipment that needed to be looked at. After first contact he came the following day right on time at 9am as agreed. He had no issues with the different problems on the units and worked fast. He was able to fix all the issues I had. He also tested a few units to make sure they were getting cold just being nice. He was a nice guy to talk to making me comfortable to have him in my warehouse. I will for sure be using Professor Pipes in the future!!!

Great experience !!! 5 stars ! We had an electrician out that quoted us 1500 for a wire repair on our AC. I called out professor pipes and he was able to do the same work for a 1/3 of the price and did a great job. I also had them do a tune up on the system. Went way above and beyond. Honest contractor!! Great service

My name is Irving Francis. I got in touch with Professor Pipes when my radiators got clogged in my house. After paying $225 to another techy from another company who claimed I needed new bleeders and getting the run around by 3 others so call heating experts.Professor Pipes reached out to me and I told him the problem and Mike diagnosed it as a simple line bleed. He fixed the problem and Im sitting in a nice warm home tonight. I highly recommend Professor Pipes to anyone having a heating problem. Mike is honest and fair when it comes to pricing.
