PROCIDA TILE - DEER PARK

Denine the sales associate that helped us was very patient. She showed us several tile combinations for our bath remodel until we found exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable. We will use Procida again.

We bought too much tile and I thought we might have a problem returning the excess since the style was on a close out. However, Joe was very accommodating and gave me no problem whatsoever. Highly recommended.

All went great. The tile was delivered in a weeks time, but since we were going on vacation, they had no problem holding it for us until we were able to get there. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and would purchase from them again, as well as recommend them to our friends.

We are renovating our master bathroom and visited multiple locations around Suffolk County in search of tile and a border -both at a reasonable price. After going to Procida, it became clear that they had the best prices around and excellent quality. We worked with Frank and he was very informative, and patient with us since we were having trouble making a final decision about our border. It took approximately one week for our items to come in - very fast! We are happy with our decision to purchase our bathroom materials from Procida and are grateful for their expertise and assistance! We will definitely return there for future purchases.

They were very helpful in showing me their tiles. They had a larger selection, to include high-end tiles, but they were a little pricey.

From the moment I entered their store, I was so warmly greeted by their sales manager, Andy. They had a beautiful selection of tiles to choose from. I picked out for 2 bathrooms- quality porcelain tiles - ( very spa looking) at amazing prices. I had to change my order quantity numerous times and had no problems. They even delivered the tiles and gave me free grout with my order. Now that the bathroom is done, it is more gracious looking then I imagined.

I FOUND THIS STORE ON YOUR LIST AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED FROM THE GET-GO. I DEALT WITH JOE AND FRANK; THEY HAVE A LARGE VARIETY OF TILE, WELL PRICED AND PROFESSIONALLY DISPLAYED, AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO HELP ME CHOOSE ACCENT MARBLE FOR THE BATHROOM. I ENDED UP PURCHASING ABOUT 1750 SF OF TILE FROM THEM, AND THEIR FABRICATOR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB TOO WITH THE CUSTOM CUTS AND FABRICATION FOR THE VANITY AND BATHROOM MARBLE. THEY'RE RIGHT ACROSS FROM TANGER OUTLETS; CONVENIENT LOCATION & HOURS. I EVEN HAD THEM SHIP SOME TILE TO FLORIDA FOR A JOB I'M DOING THERE. JOE AND FRANK COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. I'LL GO BACK WHEN I FINISH MY BASEMENT.

My husband and I decided to remodel our two bathrooms at the same time and the original tiles that we had chosen, from another tile company, were back-ordered. In a pitch, my husband started to search nearby companies that might have something similar to what we wanted. Provided excellent advice on what kind of shower pan to purchase and what size. Counseled us on the kind of grout to get and how to seal it. Was very patient in helping us choose and match colors. Procida Tile has a vast selection of tiles for any project and yet their prices compare to Home Depot or Lowes.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful when we were selecting our tiles. The two gentlemen that assisted us were very attentive and answered every question we had and even gave us helpful hints that made our project so much easier and saved us money. They had a great selection and good prices. Our order came very fast and looks fantastic. We are going to renovate our bathroom next and I am definitely going back to Procida.

We had found Procida online while looking for tiles for a kitchen backsplash. They were very responsive to emails and had good prices. We went to the showroom and they had many beautiful samples which they allowed us to take home. They were very helpful when picking the tile and our order came in less than a week. Couldn't be happier with their services!

WE WILL BE INSTALLING THE BACKSPLASH OURSELVES BUT OUR FAMILY FRIEND HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL THEIRS IN THE KITCHEN AND THEY WERE VERY HAPPY W THE RESULTS. ANOTHER POSITIVE ABOUT PROCIDA IN DEER PARK, IS THEY HAVE SO MANY SELECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.

I purchased gorgeous tile for my bathroom floor and walls. I found tile at Procida that nobody else has. My dealings with Joe couldn't have been more professional and courteous. He spent time reviewing how I should use and later maintain the tile. This is my second purchase here ( previously purchased my kitchen floor ) and I will certainly use them again.

After we brought them back we negotiated a fair deal for all parties and I was glad that they were able to provide their expert advice and I am confident that we have gotten everything we need! This was our second purchase, so we had some history with Procida. I went in and found a tile I thought would work. In an effort to save trips, I made it clear I was purchasing the tile, but even thought I thought it was the correct color/finish, I couldn't be entirely sure that it would really be what we wanted, and if I took a sample, I'd need to come back and place the order anyway, so why not save trouble and purchase now. I did that. I brought it home and returned only a short time later, stating that it really wasn't what we wanted. They wouldn't take it back. In fairness, it says their return policy on the invoice, however I was clear when I ordered it that it might not be correct and I was purchasing in hopes to make it easier all around. They would have given me a sample and this would have been avoided, but I was trying to do the efficient thing. The arrogant owner told me there was no way he'd have his employee "do all that work for nothing" and I had to agree to a $25 restocking fee. The employee was doing nothing anyway. The whole experience left me with such a sour taste that I warned quite a few people to stay away, and certainly wasn't going to look for additional tile at that store. Ironically, here we are a few years later, and we just ordered approximately $3000 worth of tile from other sources. Incidentally, we later discovered that the same glass tiles we purchased through Procida were available at Cancos at significantly reduced price. I will never go back, and strongly advice others to go to Ideal Tile in East Northport, Cancos, World Tile, or anywhere other than here.

Wonderful experience. The owner (Joe) personally supervises his sales staff to make sure every customer is happy with their selection, service, and price. He gave us contractor pricing on all of our merchandize just to help us out (since we were effected by the storm). We purchased wood look tile for the kitchen, 18x18 for the basement, and marble for the bathroom. All merchandise was in stock and I got my delivery within days. I shopped at a few places before here, this BY FAR has the nicest showroom, staff, selection, service, and prices. I will be coming back for my back splash and sending my friends here as well!

Joe helped on the sales floor. He showed us many different tiles and was very nice. He made the experience very pleasant.

When I walked into the showroom I was greeted by a nice saleswoman who led me directly to what I was looking for. She showed me several samples and I immediately fell in love with one of them, which I then purchased. I was looking for a distressed true-to-life old-world looking tile to exhibit wood in an old farmhouse. Her knowledge of the products helped me to choose great quality merchandise. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and the store has a lot of offer if you are looking for tile or stone and I would recommend them for their selection and expertise. They were willing to work with us and provide us with fair pricing.

The saleswoman Damarys gave us time to browse the showroom then immediately jumped up to give us suggestions when we needed it. She guided us through the all of the options we had and what was popular. We ended up purchasing something completely different than we anticipated and we very happy with the decision.
