It took them an hour and 15 minutes, a $50 part, and they charged $400. I felt this was high.
Description of Work: My heating didn't work. I called them. The backflu wasn't working.

They are very responsive and when there is a problem, they are usually pretty quick to get out. Unfortunately we have noticed a decline in their service recently, so I do not think we will be using them any longer. The technicians are knowledgeable and have a good quality of work and are good about answering questions.
Description of Work: Masters replaced a part in my furnace that deals with the back pressure.

They did a very good job. I was just going to install the same type, but he recommended switching to a digital. He said that it could be programmed to heat the house at different temperatures throughout the day and that it could save me money. I thought he was very knowledgeable and nice.
Description of Work: I had them replace the thermostat on my heating and air conditioning unit with a new digital one. I have a 2300 square foot home.

MASTER PLUMBING DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SYSTEM WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN.
Description of Work: MADE SMALL REPAIRS IN HEATING SYSTEM AND DID THE GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF ALL EQUIPMENT ON THE SYSTEM.
