Family-Owned and Operated. Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Keystone Lock & Safe is a family owned and operated business, located in the Deer Park neighborhood for more than 10 years. Our mission then, and now, is to provide you with prompt, professional and courteous service at any time of day or night. Our technicians are knowledgeable, trained, and trustworthy employees of Keystone Lock & Safe. We do not use sub contractors. That means the buck stops with us. We’ll take the time to listen to your needs and your budget. We strive to help you understand all your options and guide you in making the best decision for the security of your home or business. We are a full service lock, safe and security company servicing all of Nassau and Suffolk County. We are good standing members of industry organizations including ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America), SAVTA (Safe and Vault Technicians Association) and NSO (National Safeman’s Organization). We are licensed in the state of NY to “sell, service, maintain and install” all types of access control systems, camera systems, alarm systems and low voltage wiring. Ben and Jay arrived in the afternoon, as previously scheduled. They proceeded to remove the defective safe in a timely manner. Because the new safe had slightly different exterior dimension's (no fault of Keystone, Ben or Jay), they needed to return the next morning, which they did (the room was left spotless, in the meantime). The next day, Ben and Jay returned, the hole was adjusted, and the new safe was installed. I was instructed re: usage of the safe, etc. Once again, the room was left spotless.
Description of Work: Replace defective Amsec safe. Original cost of safe: $535.52. Amsec covered not only replacement of the unit, but removal & installation as well.
