Not only was their new HVAC system pricing extremely reasonable...the crew that did the installation was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned up when they left each day, that the vents were placed in a conducive spot that we liked, and helped us understand the thermostat before they left. One of the guys crawled through the tiniest portion of our attic to ensure we were able to have a duct in our guest bedroom, instead of just giving up and saying it wasn't possible. They completed the full install of a 3 ton unit in our 1850 sq/ft ranch within 2 days, stayed a little later on the last day to finish, and everything is perfect! The house is a consistent temperature throughout, no cold/hot spots, and the air quality improved drastically. It's so nice to finally be comfortable in our home during the typical humid LI summers. We just wish we didn't wait 4 years to install central. Thank you for providing such excellent service and having such a professional friendly crew!

Got it all done in a day, cleaned up after themselves, and works great. Also their office for questions and quote process is courteous, responsive and well-run.

Description of Work: It was a freezing cold day when our heating system shut down for apparently no reason. we called several hvac companies but unable to have an appointment on such a short notice. then we called K2 mechanical from goggle and boy, I am glad that I did! From the initial contact with their receptionist to the courtesy call half hour prior than their tech.'s arrival, every thing was very comforting. the tech. was on time and dressed in company's uniform. he was very polite, professional and knowledgable. He troubleshoot the problem and explained to us whats wrong with the unis. He ran to supply house and get the new part for the replacement and fixed the unit within hours.
