Joe's Complete Tree Service

Joe obviously knows what he is doing. He is all business and a no non-nonsense type of professional. He was quick to come give an estimate and his price quote was very fair. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and completed the job quickly and left no mess or sign they were there. There was one misunderstanding of a limb that I wanted cut and it didn't get cut, so Joe was kind enough to offer to come back and cut it down at no extra charge. I would use him and his crew again and would recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with and was great with communicating price, details, and outcomes of the job. His crew was great, and they left my yard in good shape for the amount of work that had to be done. They removed 3 very large trees and 1 small one, and did stump grinding on 2. I have never seen stump grinding like he does; it's like the tree never was there. Overall very happy with the experience. Joe also threw in some cutting for free- he trimmed branches hanging over into my yard from neighboring properties and took one one large dead limb from a treat we hadn't even discussed. Joe is my new tree guy.

Joe's showed up and went right to work. 15 minutes later job was done, neat and clean. George was the machine operator and was very personable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Joe's came and gave an estimate in one day, The cost was reasonable for the job. Then his crew showed up the next day. They had it down to a science. Each guy knew there job. They cut the stump down as low as it could go. Unfortunately they could not fit the stump grinder into my backyard. I would recommend Joe's Complete Tree service in Price and quality. Called to get a estimate and within 24 hours had a appointment for a estimate. We made the appointment for the following week. They were here on time and went above and beyond in their service. I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt, efficient, friendly went above and beyond. Even did a couple if extras. Cleaned up after themselves. We're very pleased with them. Originally hired someone else who kept making excuses about the time line. In other words very pleased.

Not 1 bad thing can be said about my experience with Joe and his crew. They should up on time. everyone was very professional They brought enough equipment with them to take down a forrest. All the trees went down quickly and smoothly The stumps were grinned and they left my yard cleaner then it was before they got there. A perfect job! Joe Massaro and his 5-man crew showed up right on time and ready to go to work despite the unseasonably cold weather. They had all the necessary equipment including a cherry picker truck, log/limb chipper and collection truck, a huge log lifter/hauler truck, a remote control stump grinder, and the usual array of chain saws, ropes and hand trucks. The work was completed in about an hour and a half with everything cleaned up. The crew worked like a team - energetic, professional, cheerful and courteous - and they seemed to enjoy their work. I couldn't have been more pleased.

His team showed up cut the branches and cleanuo all of the debre in about an hour. A very professional operation.

Everything went very well. The crew was very prompt and courteous. Their work was very professional. The clean up was exceptional and the price was very competitive.

Joe came down to give us an estimate for the tree work that we wanted done. He knew his profession very well, but, we had received a much lower estimate from another tree service, which we decided to go with. I would not hesitate to call Joe's Tree Service in the future if need be.

What a welcome change? I was in need of some tree work, so I called and talked to the secretary. I asked for someone to come, take a look, and give me an estimate. Joe showed up the next day and looked at my tree and changed my mind about trimming/thinning/ or any other work on the tree. He was honest and straight with me. I enjoyed his perspective and honesty. I will be sure to call him 1st next time I do need a tree service. He didn't feed me some garbage and cut my tree and take my money with no good reason. Thank you Joe.

Joe and his crew came and went full throttle to get the tree removed. They worked for a few hours removing branches first and then the truck of the tree. They were all very nice and neat with everything.

I recieved a better offer by $50 with a tree service i had previously used. Joe was a nice guy. i would use him if i didnt have a previous tree man.

I'm very handy, but this was a larger and more dangerous job than I am able to handle. I got an estimate the next day after calling and the day after that the work was started around 9am and finished within two hours. The estimate was similar to two others I had received, but I went with Joes because of the Angies List reviews and the speediness of their scheduling. Five men brought down these large trees/branches without harming anything else on my property. When they were finished, they cleaned the property better than it was before they arrived.

At first we were given an estimate by Jim, he was friendly and personable. Once we decided to go ahead with the work, Jim came back to firm up the details and he we had a message on our answering machine within hours of him leaving telling us the work would be done first thing in the morning. The team arrived promptly at 8AM with all of their equipment and they began working immediately. I don't know his name but there was a gentleman who climbed the tree and really was phenomenal to watch. He tied the ropes sawed off the branches and the gentlemen below steered the ropes to assure the large branches fell properly. They went out of their way to make sure our fence didn't have to come down, which I really appreciated. As a bonus they demolished a gazebo that was on its last leg, making life much easier for my husband to clear it out of the yard. On their way out they grinded up another small stump that was in the front of the property. All of the gentlemen were professional and friendly (waving to an awe struck three year old as he watched them through the window). The job was finished by lunch and the property was cleared of all tree debris. I met Joe at the end of the job, also very personable and we settled the account. The job was done right, safely and with superior customer service.

Joe could not complete trimming the hedges because of the bees. He is returning in November to complete the original contracted job. At that time I will complete this review. I will say that we have been quite pleased with Joe's work so far.

Just moved to my new house notice the tree up front dying called and within a few days my tree was gone great job also recommended a good sea food restaurant thanks a lot

After calling for an estimate Joe's Complete Tree Service responded with an onsite estimate the next day. They honored the 5% discount coupon. The service was scheduled to be completed within a day or two. They attempted to complete the services with in the next two days but weather conditions prevented them from starting the job. I was impressed with the daily communication from this company. For two consecutive days they arrived ready to do work, (weather permitting) however the weather did not cooperate. They had all the necessary equipment (bucket truck, hand trucks, etc.) and expertise to remove three trees safely from my property. Because of the size of the trees, I was concerned about debris hitting the house, power lines, or the PVC fence. They completed the job with ease and were very neat while doing so. I'm very satisfied!

They were prompt, friendly and professional. They did a complete job of exactly what we asked them to do and cleaned it up thoroughly. We were very satisfied with the work and would use them again without reservation.

Joe was sooooo nice and so professional!! He even gave me some great tips about non-tree related issues on my property. Unfortunately we just don't have the means to have the tree removed at this time, but in the future I would def use them! A++++++

He spent a lot of time explaining to me exactly what would be done. The crew worked tirelessly and finished within a day. They cleaned everything up and my yard was pristine. The estimator was prompt and courteous, quoted me a very good price, and gave me good directions on how to secure the necessary permits. Aside from the competitive price, I decided to go with this service because I had a good feeling based on my interaction with him. Because of bad weather on the scheduled day, it had to be pushed back 24 hours, but the company got word to me of the delay early in the morning it was originally scheduled so I could change my plans in good time. They were very prompt the next day, and did the work quickly and efficiently. All the members of the crew were courteous and careful as they moved equipment and lumber around. Most impressive of all was Joe, the owner, who came and did the cutting himself because the trees were close between the two houses. My neighbor across the street was watching and called him the best tree cutter he's ever seen. In fact, said he "I was in awe of him" because of the precision and care with which he brought the trees down in the confined space. The whole operation only took about 3-1/2 hours including grinding the stumps. The crew left the yard tidy, and overall I was very satisfied with the work.
