The guy showed up the next day and gave me a estimate of 400.00. two days later the crew showed up on time and got right to work. They did the job fast and were very proffesional . They cleaned up after themselves and even grounded down a old tree stump for me. I have used them several times and have always been happy with them.
Description of Work: I needed four branches cut down because the were growing against the house.also I needed one tree taken down because it was leaning and was afraid it was going to fall.

+ -1 moreI called for an estimate and was able to speak with someone right away. We were able to approximate a time for Joe to come, and I received call when he was on his way. The estimate was more than fair compared to what others have paid. Joe's crew arrived right on scheduled time. They consulted me as they went along to be sure the job was going as I wanted. Three large white birch tree were perfectly trimmed and all the nasty dead wood (there was a lot!) was cleaned out. Clean up was incredible, not a twig left over. Just be sure to give the Angie's list coupon when you get the estimate. (I forgot.) His price was great, but every little bit helps!

Description of Work: I contacted Joe's Complete Tree Service in order to obtain an estimate on the removal of some small trees. Joe called back later that evening and followed up over the next few days to offer his services. In the interim, I was able to remove the trees with the assistance of a friend. I spoke with Joe to advise him of the status and apologize for not having contacted him sooner. He was extremely understanding, professional and courteous, evening offering advice on what to do with the branches. I appreciate his persistence to follow up and his good natured attitude when he found out the work was done. I would definitely recommend him and/or call again.

+ -1 moreShowed on time with a team of 5 men. Got to work immed and worked so quick I couldn't believe it. Removed all tree pieces, raked and covered with wood chips. Also, trimmed 2 trees for no cost. I would absolutely call them back again in the future. I met with the owner of the company to agree on work to be done and the price. very professional and had a sense of humor. excellent ! For the amount of work they did, the price was amazing.
Description of Work: needed some overgrown trees removed from property. Massive growths and trees tangled in power wires.

+ -1 moreWe are new to the area and our next door neighbor was having quite a few trees removed in her front yard. I had encountered a slight discrepancy with one of the workers. The situation was immediately handed over to the owner of the company who was also working on the site, which is always nice to see. He was extremely polite and offered a more than professional solution to the problem. I was so greatful for his help and honesty. In these types of businesses it isn't always easy to find a hardworking and honest business owner but Joes Tree Service is one of the few left. I would recommend his services to all in need.

He gave VERY GOOD tree and insurance advice...he was not looking for a quick sale, but rather to give proper information regarding the current status of the tree and trimming procedure. I will recommended his company to all I know. And I will call him back in the future.
Description of Work: Thank you to Joe's Complete tree service! Honest, Professional, took the time to explain tree problems and how to remedy them. Was not looking for a "quick sale" was honest!!! Thank you!! Call them first! Other tree services did not show up for the scheduled job and just wanted quick cash...not Joe's Tree service.

+ -1 moreHe was absolutely the best. He was prompt. His workers were polite and clean. Respected expensive property. Made suggestions on how to reduce costs. I believe they know more about trees than anybody else. They were very delicate with what I consider a very high risk job since the trees were over very expensive ponds and fish. We will use them again.
Description of Work: He was hired to trim the trees on about 2 acres of my property and took down one tree.

Took the time to answer several questions I had. His team arrived on schedule and did exactly what we had agreed on exactly the way I wanted it done. The work was performed in a very efficient and professional manner. Cleaned up the work areas thoroughly. Extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use again.

+ -1 moreCalled night before hurricane was due to hit. Had a estimate from nearly a year and a half ago. Estimate was honored, no price guaging. Took a high level of skill to work around power lines and it was done professionally by a large crew. Ground down the stump as well, removed all debris and even used a rake and blower. Excellent service from crew and owner. Couldn't have asked for more.

Description of Work: I was going to have 3 tall trees removed that was next to another house - when I asked for his insurance to cover any possible damage to that property - he became upset and said he was giving a good price so I should not worry about it - Beware of some one like this !!! He may be good for trees in areas that wont damage anything if it came down wrong but not for areas near homes or wire - He would leave you hanging if anything happened. Est. abt. $1900.
