called on friday was told tech would arrive on monday morning. called office 3x left messages. tech was a no show, never returned any phone call. would not use and or recommend them. very unprofessional

Their technicians are always pleasant to work with and very helpful in working out issues with broken parts or modifying sprinkler direction and flow to maximize lawn growth. Very good memories of prior history on the property.

My experience overall has went well. The pricing is competitive. The staff is great at what they do and professional. I am pleased with the work that was provided. I have recommended them to others.

I was so very pleased with Friends Irrigation. Both men were extremely kind, and friendly, which made the entire experience a pleasurable one. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

They did work for me but I didn't call them back to finish any work. We were trying to diagnose the problem. The man that came out to do the job came with an assistant who did fix two things for me. They decided that the problem that I was having was related to water pressure, but the issue really was that the sprinkler had broken and you could see that it was broken because it was just gushing water whenever you turned it on. I never called them back because I always felt that they had decided not to fix it. It was a fixable issue but they had decided not to do it. The work that they did was fine. They were really punctual in terms of when they said they would come. I will not use their services again in the future.

It went very well from the inital call and visit to when they returned with the new clock. They came early as requested and stayed aslong as it took to complete. Very satisfied

They arrived timely listened to what my concerns were. Installed additional head and underground pipe. Replace a head to deal with a/c unit which was now partially blocking the head. All work was done quickly and professionally.

They were willing to spend the time with me to point out the exact problems. They were also willing to spend a lot of time with me to make sure the job was getting done and to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was getting done.

They installed the sprinkler system about 6 years ago and perform the spring-turn on and winterizing each year. During the spring turn-on they inspect all of the heads in each zone and adjust coverage as needed. Rarely, a head needs to be replaced, but it's almost always just "inspect and adjust." They are punctual and professional; and considering the number of zones and heads, they complete the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They are responsive to needing an appointment early in the morning or on a specific day. They have to access the basement and garage to turn the system on or off and I've never needed to clean up after them.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT THEY HAD MADE. AFTERWARDS, THEY CAME BACK AND MADE SURE THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING RIGHT. THEY WERE A VERY RESPONSIBLE COMPANY.
