Door Pro America

Very well! Since I live in Queens (NYC), and the house is from the 1940s, the garage doors are kind of... short and wide, so the sizing is custom. The cost for the door was very low, with I believe, another $100 to install. A couple of guys came by to do everything and had to remove some rotted wood on the outside frame of the garage. They didn't paint it, but did an excellent job framing everything up well. I painted it myself with a few coats, and it's still good 3 years later! After a few days, I noticed that one of the panels wasn't pushing closed automatically. I contacted the company, and they sent out a tech to adjust the closing height. Voila, perfect. Never had a problem since. I'd definitely use them again.

What was going to be a critical review turned 180 degrees into a positive review because of very good customer service and company responsiveness. Yes, there were some minor issues with the door itself, (new section had to be ordered, incorrect window inserts - simple fix) but Door Pro America came and resolved the issues in a very satisfactory way. Got them through Costco, by the way, very fair price for the door.

We found Door Pro America by way of Costco. We had set an appointment in the store and set an appointment for one week ahead. The Sales rep, Bruce, was on time and on point with the presentation of our options in our home. We felt the pricing and options were fair and felt confident since Costco stood by Door Pro America. Our installation occurred < 2 weeks later, 2 installers came and did a great job. All residue of the rip down was cleaned up, the new doors were installed relatively quick, as well as the door openers. All functionality of the new openers was demonstrated. All told, the job took a few hours to complete. I would recommend this provider to others.
