They did a great job. I mistakenly thought that the roof was leaking later on and they came out to show me that it was actually our windows that had been installed improperly by the previous owner. They follow through. They came back recently because there appeared to be a leak but it was just a seal around an attic vent. They fixed it free of charge. Very pleased with them and sorry that I mistakenly thought they had done something wrong. They are great!! Even with disgruntled customers.

Overall they did a nice job. Install was performed on the day which was promised and completed by 3pm the same day. The crew seemed in a bit of rush to take off once completed so the post job clean-up could have been a little bit better. I called Chris to mention that they were a little rough on some of my landscaping and didn't do such a good job cleaning up and he apologized and sent someone back a little later to do a second cleanup. Overall satisfied with the job.

They were very good. They were prompt, courteous, but I just felt that they could have done a better job cleaning up.

Went real smooth. No garbage left behind. They said when they would arrive and the crew arrived on time. No surprises. They have done this many times, they have all the work down pat.

The good: Nice quality gutters, installed within two weeks of the estimate, installed while we were at work, the price was about half of other estimates, they repaired an area of rotten fascia board and fallen fascia and soffit at no extra cost. The bad: Left a little bit of a mess, no bill left or mailed (I received a phone call asking if I could send a check, which seems a bit odd), I felt somewhat pressured by the contractor to install a new roof right away (which I've been told by other contractors and my inspector that the one I have is good for at least another 5 years). Notes: I also was quoted for a new roof (mine is fairly small) for $8200. Overall: Pleased with my experience, I would use them again based on price alone. If price is not as much of an issue, I may consider other contractors.

This went very well. The replaced the gutters as well. They were prompt and efficient. Their clean up could have been a little better. They found the source of the leak and I have had no problems since.

Joe came to our home and was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained details of the process and offered 2 options, a repair and total roof replacement. His price was the most reasonable with the company having a high Angie list rating and BBB rating. We could not complete the job last year, but will use him this August for the replacement of the roof.

They did a great job. They were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive estimate we got. They showed up when they said they would, which I'm finding out the hard way is very rare. Everyone is noticing the new copper flashing around my chimneys, one worker spent the the whole time he was here working on it, and it shows. They cleaned up 99% of the debris. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

They came, did it, and they cleaned up with no problem. They put the gutters on the house and there was no garbage laying around. When they got done we found one little piece of a shingle. They also didn't destroy my flowerbeds or anything. I had a roof done once before and the place was left a mess and they destroyed my flowerbeds, but with Babe Roof it was like they weren't even here. I didn't even realize the roof was done. There was no evidence of them being here and putting up a new roof. My husband said that they did the whole roof in like five hours Since Hurricane Sandy hit here we had difficulty getting a roofer. The response time was long, but once they did respond they were on it. I had called plenty of roofers and nobody ever got back to us. There was so much damage here that they are still building.

I purchased my home in the beginning of 2012. The previous owners had Babe Roof install a new roof ( shingles ) and replace flashing in 2010. After noticing a slow growing crack in my bedroom ceiling, where the chimney is located, I discovered that rain water was leaking in through the flashing around the chimney. I first contacted Babe Roof and received a call back a day later to arrange for someone to come on a Saturday to inspect the leak. On the scheduled day, Babe Roof did not show up. I did not hear from them, so I left a message. Chris, the owner, responded to the call and told me I "should have" received a cancellation call-there was too much snow on the ground. Great. We rescheduled for a Monday and was given an estimated appointment window of 9 AM to 12PM, and was told they would be here "no later than 12." At about 12 noon that Monday, after a no-show, I decided to give them a call. I'm now told they will be arriving between 3 and 4 PM. So I kept myself inside, and made myself available between 3-4pm. At exactly 4:01 PM, after not hearing from them, I give them another call, only to be told that someone was already at my house! They claimed that they rang the door bell. Ok, great I thought.....until the next rain storm. The water was still coming in from the attic. Once again, I called Chris, who told me he was once again sending his men out to fix the job-for good this time. He admitted that they "used the wrong caulk-we used painters caulk, you cant use that s***t." I figured Roof repair guys should probably have known that, but ok, everyone makes mistakes, right? This time I specifically made sure to tell him the time I would be home so I could discuss the details with the workers. I arrive home and to my surprise they are already done! I at least caught them packing up and had a min to bring one of the workers to my attic to explain to him where I saw water, but he "100% guaranteed" he fixed the problem. He assured me that the spot I showed him was "not a problem." I took his word for it.....until the next rain storm. Lo and behold the same spot I pointed out was still leaking water. Now it was no longer leaking water around the side where they did actually replace flashing, but still very much where I had been concerned originally, and they had decided to not fix that piece. Once again, I speak to Chris, who is also clearly frustrated. I was given an appointment, and was told he'd check that spot in the front and finally get it fixed. I was in and out that day, but again did not see any of his workers, nor did I notice any change or new flashing installed. There was no paper work or phone call confirming anything. Completely left in the dark. Earlier that day, I scheduled a chimney cleaning. I figured while they serviced my chimney they could investigate for potential defects in the brick work-they concluded nothing was wrong with the chimney itself. The next heavy rainstorm, well I think anyone who is taking the time to read this review already knows what happened. Yup....more water coming in from that same exact spot. I'm pretty sure whoever was supposed to come out to do the work never did. So to wrap this up about a month and change later, I leave another message for Chris. He doesn't return my call, but the returns the additional call from my less patient mother who, is now beyond upset with this company. The owner, who never met me or came to the job once, then states that he will personally be here at 10 AM sharp the next day. Next day, the truck arrives at 10:15 with just one worker, no Chris. This is the same worker I had showed the original problem to, who "100% guaranteed" the job was fixed. Chris couldn't make it, he says. This worker then proceeded to silicone the entire thing and put some nails in. So I am going to end the review here, without concluding whether or not the problem is fixed because i'll have to wait with excitement for the next rain storm. I would have left a better Grade had Chris kept his word and come to assess the work himself, as he said he would.

They did a professional job, and I have always been satisfied with Babe Roof. They always respond quickly if I have roofing issues.

The cam right on time, worked all through the day and were very clean. Roof looks great!!

The job on the whole went very smoothly. They showed up on time, worked straight through and cleaned up when they were done. They protected the bushes and trees around the house and did not leave any debris, nails, etc around on the ground.

He was very responsive and friendly before the work. This roof did not leak, all the responses from the vendor are accurate. Unfortunately, the leak was caused by shoddy window installation from the former owner. Sorry for the bad review as this issue has now been remedied. I would recommend this company again!

I had no problems and the only issue that came up they worked on it until they got it fixed. They were marvelous.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We were very pleased with them. They stayed with the estimate that they gave us. They were upfront in letting us know abut some additional work that needed to be done, and we had that done. They were very professional and very polite. They cleaned up after themselves.

It was great 3 weeks from start to finish.
