STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Did not do install properly and Dennis and Carlos were most unprofessional people I ever dealt with. Regret so much ever doing business with them and wish I put it on a credit card to dispute the bill. Spent months going back and forth and other companies we had come back since have told me I got scammed since these people didn't know what they were doing. Hired to replace an evaporator coil and after they left I was getting water in our basement, the system freezing over, incorrect freon levels, you name it. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Had to eventually bite the bullet and hire another company since these guys were excuses after excuses of why they couldn't come back. I should've just lit the money on fire - would've gotten a better result.

I had 3 appointments in the space of a week and he didn't show up for any of them, nor did he call to let me know. He claims he had an emergency but I had to call him to find that out. One of his excuses was that the vents couldn't be vacuumed in the rain which is not true. I also wanted to have the vent grills changed and he told me it couldn't be done.
Description of Work: I wanted to have my vents vacuumed so I made an appointment with A 1 Expert Mechanical Service Corp.

THEY DID THEIR BUSINESS AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I WAS TOLD EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. I DID COMPARE PRICES SO I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: MY HEATING SYSTEM WAS MAINTENANCED FOR THE WINTER.
