Miracle Home Improvements did a great job on our new roof and skylights last year and the price was reasonable. Several days ago, a wet heavy snow caused a large limb to fall on the roof which made three holes in the roof. Robert and Carlos came right away as soon as we called and fixed broken plywood under the shingles and replaced shingles. They got here right before the rain! The price I'm listing was for the repair.

The work was done quickly and professionally from the first contact to the end of the process, the cleanup was also professional. The work crew worked all day in cold and windy conditions, replacing rotted plywood panels and installing new insulation barriers and shingles. The result is an attractive home improvement.

Excellent result from very careful and professional work. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout the process.
The bid was not the lowest, but the price was reasonable for a very fine job, and they performed a few extra tasks without any additional charges.

not well. installed 4 inch vs 5 inch gutters on the house. the facing is angled 45 degrees so you cant get your hand in to clean with the small gutters. they also look rediculous up against the 45 degree angle. i pointed this out to the contractor and said they are likely to fall down. he put a few small braces in. and of course the first winter the entire gutter fell off the house. i had them come back to put more screws in and reinforce all around.
contractor does these all the time. shouu;u;d have recognized that the gutters were undersized for the facing on the house . i would have happilly paid a few more bucks for the commerical gutters. i asked him to replacebefore they were even installed and he refused. i looked at them and said they would not do the job
after installation i complained that i couldn't get my hand in to clean and he went up on the ladder and showed me how easy it was. his hand got stuck. what a joke.
they are cheap but don't know what they are doing.
go with franzoso and pay a little more

The job was completed October 2010, not May 2014- which we have a copy of all records, and your check showing this date paid in full. In regards to the mention of another contractor, which you had gotten a price from them at the same time, you chose Miracle Home Improvements because as you had stated to us "his price was out of this world, who does he think he is?. Ripped old asphalt roof off house and garage, replaced some plywood, installed new ice shield and architectural shingles. Removed and replaced cracked and failing chimney from second floor up through roof (about 12 feet) along with copper flashing. installed new fascia board on porch along with new gutters and downspouts on garage and porch.

They did a fabulous job. The scheduling was a little slow, but it was the and quot;busy seasonand quot;. Once we were scheduled, they were on time and worked every day until completed. It took about 3+1/2 days to do the work. They also left the property clean. I would definitely use them again.

Mary did the siding job for one of neighbor. It was great. So we asked an estimate from her too. She gave us a fair price for the job (we had another quote). They installed new siding, gutter and windows, and completed everything in 3 days. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I was very impressed. Our 30-year old house had an ugly brownish color with dark trims. I asked Mary to do whatever she can to cover them all. Now the house looks brand new from the curb. They really finished beyond our expectation. I strongly recommend this group.

From my initial phone call, the response was outstanding. My phone call was returned the next day, and within a few days the head contractor was at our house with an estimate. I compared it with another estimate and it was in line with the work and costs. What I liked about Miracle was that owners Rob and Mary Sniffen returned my calls promptly, did not try to sell me any unnecessary extras, was thorough and patient as they took me through the proposal. My husband and I were provided with a complete packet of information. The packet contained a listing of Miracle customers in our area, including a number of our neighbors; we checked out the references, who provided rave reviews about the work. We were told that Miracle does a great job at a reasonable price and always follows up promptly if there are any issues following completion of any job. We hired Miracle to do the job, and were pleasantly surprised when they were able to move our work date up a few weeks. The job itself took only two days, the noise was kept to a very tolerable level and the work crew was courteous, considerate and efficient and did a complete cleanup when they were finished. So far, we have had no follow-up issues. We have a new roof over our heads, and it is attractive as well as functional.

The job went smoothly. Since the job was completed we have had a few leaks. When they last were here, within a year of the job being completed, they said they could not find anything wrong with it. They are very responsive as far as the appointments go. The window is fine and we have had no troubles with it.

All work was done with SPEED (and responsiveness to approaching storms!) so that further interior damage was prevented. Everything was fixed and completely cleaned up.

Very efficient, clean up was good (not perfect). They finished in 5 days on our complicated roof with no delay of promised start date (and luckily no weather delay). Owner was very cooperative and timely with paperwork for permit application (we did the leg work) and sent the tax exempt form afterwards as promised.

Their price was fair. I compared it with other places. I did have problem with the siding over the garage door, it broke. They came back and fixed it. I have the greatest respect for them. They did a very good job originally and when I had a problem, they were right there. They were really good.

I had a leak that caused damage to the kitchen ceiling.
I called Miracle to investigate, diagnose and fix the problem. Joe, a very nice man, came over and saw that shingles around a ventilation pipe were missing. He gave me a price on the spot and said he could come back the next day to fix this problem. After discussing with my husband, I called Miracle and told the woman that we agreed with Joe and would appreciate it if he could fix the problem the following day.
The following day, Joe came and fixed the roof. We've had a few strong rains since, and are dry as a bone. We are so relieved that the roof is fixed with Hurricane Sandy on the way!
I would definitely recommend Miracle Home Improvements.

I called with a leaky roof but was told I only had a "back up" caused by leaves. Roof was cleaned off the next day and no more leak. Quick, fair, honest.
