Called on Feb. 3rd, spoke to Michael Casolaro. Needed them right away since water began dripping in around a window. Made the arrangements with him for his crew to arrive the next day. During the initial conversation I asked how much. I was told $250 for the first hour. A "one-way" travel charge was mentioned but I was never told how much it was going to be. Being in the service area I did not expect there to be one. To me that's the cost of doing business you have to drive here. I was anxious about the water leaking so I thought what can I do I can't shop around. It turns out they were here only 45 minutes. I spoke with Justine in the office about the bill. She arrived at $450. After haggling with her I got the price down. I don't like doing that & there should be no surprises. After all of this the water started leaking in a few days later. I was told the ice melts would prevent further ice dams. They didn't. I would like to say thank goodness for Angie's List so we can protect ourselves from poor service providers in this forum. Don't fall prey to people making profit off your misery. BEWARE! IN RESPONSE TO SERVICE PROVIDER: Everything I stated was factual. Many of your statements are erroneous. Clearly this company cannot accept criticism & then move on. Out of all of those customers from last season & this season only a few wrote reviews. That should make people wonder.

Fast, arrived on time, gave an accurate estimate, did the work well and communicated well. Was not cheap, but you tend to get what you pay for and I am very satisfied with the work performed and the way everything went.

They were excellent. The problem was with the house siding where it meets the porch roof - MCAS roofer corrected the problem and checked with water hose testing to prove that there is no more leak. I will definitely use them again for future roof issues.

They were terrific. They were neat, punctual and did a great job. I would have them back in a split second. They have very competent and friendly workers.

Mike and his crew were EXCELLENT. We could not have been happier with the quality of the work and professionalism of both him and his team. Mike personally was involved in every stage of the project and ensured that we were 100% satisfied with all components. His crew was incredibly fastidious and cleaned up everything daily. His recommendations for the materials used were great - the new roofing keeps our house much cooler (it is white vs. the old black gravel), which is very important since we have a flat roof and no attic to absorb the heat. He also recommended replacing the skylights to ones that opened and that has also been a wonderful addition. We would recommend MCAS to anyone that is looking for any type roofing work - they are wonderful.

The owner Mike and his crew were simply outstanding. He did an incredibly job and was extremely professional throughout the process. I have actually already hired him to do another roof on another commercial property I own. He is not the cheapest bid, but is BY FAR the best bid. I would highly recommend hiring MCAS for any of your roofing needs.

Mike and workers were all extremely professional. The source of the problem was correctly identified. ( unlike other vendors who bid the work) We were anxious to have the repair done asap and they accommodated us. Bottom line though, they fixed the leak. Heavy rains since and no leak! We are very pleased.

Excellent workmanship, patient, and thorough. The owner, Mike, takes pride in his work and offers fair pricing. The job was complicated by a steep roof and a field stone chimney. MCAS did a terrific job and we have had other contractors compliment the quality and workmanship of MCAS's work. We highly recommend him for any roofing work, you will be pleased with the results.

an ice dam caused by all the snow resulted in water leaking into our house. I called MCAS roofing asking for their help and they responded immediately. Their staff shoveled snow from both our house and porch roofs and broke up the ice causing the leaks. The men were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be using MCAS whenever we need any type of roofing work.

Very pleased with the work performed. They strategically removed snow and ice from a large area of the roof, thereby stopping water from seeping in around a window on the first floor. I called very early on a Monday morning and they were able to fit me in that same day. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I called MCAS and spoke with Michael Casoloro regarding leak in my roof that built up this winter because of ice. As promised Mike came by next day and took care of the problem. I will use him again in future.

The roof looks awesome, they were always on time and finished ahead of schedule.

I have zero complaints about MCAS Roofing. They did a beautiful job, they are friendly and good to deal with, reasonable pricing, just wonderful to do business with. Would call in a heartbeat if I had any problem and I'd have no doubt they'd be there to help. Would recommend for sure. Actually, I have recommended them to neighbors!

They were fine to work with. We spoke on the phone and he game me an estimate. They came, fixed the issue and it turned out well. He was very professional.

This is an old house and we were very happy with the quality or work and the prompt service. We will be using them again

After the blizzard we had last week I was very worried about the weight of the snow on my roof. I wasn't sure if I could even get a roofer to come out for such a small job, but MCAS treated me as if I was spending $200,000 even though I only spent $200 :) When Mike got here he explained to me that it's not so much the weight of the snow that is the big problem, but the melting and refreezing with temperature change that produce ice problems. I never realized how much damage they can cause. I will be using MCAS roofing again in the future to remove snow and maintain my roof throughout the winter. Very professional and courteous, would absolutely recommend to friends.
