Mike and his men were wonderful. A large pine tree fell on my roof taking out my deck and gutters with it. Mike came over right away and assessed the damage. His pricing was fair his crews’ work was impeccable! The men were polite and they always cleaned up after a days work.i could always call the office and Justine would always be courteous and patient and answer all my questions! You can’t go wrong with this company! They are truly caring and professional!

I have a summer home in Yorktown that needed a new roof. MCAS Roofing did a beautiful job. It was great to deal with them from beginning to end. Office staff: great. Workers: great. Quality of work: Amazing. Would highly recommend.

This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I needed a new roof after 28 years and they provided a very competitive price, showed up on time every day, used the high quality materials and were very responsive to emails and text messages. Cleanup was also done well. This work was done a few weeks before the nor'easter storms of 2018 and as luck would have it, a tree fell on the roof and I urgently needed a temporary repair to prevent rain penetration before the next storm. These guys came through and I had no problem. Then they came back to complete the permanent repairs later and didn't even ask to be paid right away. You can't get better service than that!

Michael and MCAS were fantastic! They’re extremely competent, honest and straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with. Michael came and gave us a verbal estimate. This was not a big job, but it had a couple of things that needed to be finessed and he took them seriously. Because we had always had a spillover problem on one corner of the house (the same one to be rerouted), he suggested we boost the size of the gutters on the corner. We loved that idea. We needed to wait a month or so to get our new drainage system in first. When we were ready, I called MCAS back. For some reason, they had never followed up with a written confirmation and their prices had recently gone up. Nonetheless, Michael confirmed our original price from his notes, and he honored it. MCAS was in a crunch with so much business, so their schedule was backed up. Michael asked me if he could use a sub-contractor that he had regularly worked with and specialized in gutters. This would ensure that we wouldn’t have to wait so long, and Michael said he completely trusted their work and would back it up completely. Plus, he would be there to start things off and explain the job. Normally, I would have been wary and probably said No. But MCAS had already done a smaller roof patch job for me, and I knew I could trust them. So I agreed. When the day came, Michael was there and explained the job. The sub-contractors were terrific. They were just as much perfectionists as Michael’s crew and got everything right and cleaned up immaculately. There’s a minor detail that could use some tweaking and Michael has promised that when things slow down, he will drop by and fix it. I’m certain he will!

We had spoken to Michael Casolaro of MCAS Roofing and Contracting about the need to have this work done. Michael of MCAS had previously installed a complete built-in Copper Yankee Gutter System around the perimeter of the roof of our house. The job that they did was Magnificently Flawless. So it was a no-brainer to have MCAS install the same built-in Copper Yankee Gutter System around our bay windows which would match the installation on the upper roof gutters. The job included ripping out the old gutters before installing the Copper ones. Michael is a true professional with an in-depth knowledge of the various roofing systems, roofing repairs, and roofing installations. The work ethic of Michael and his highly skilled team of workers was exceptional. They were always punctual, courteous, respectful of our home, and each day our property was left broom clean. We were totally kept abreast of all aspects of the job. Michael always willingly answered our questions and addressed our concerns. In addition, once we had some concerns about the gutters many months after the job was completed. We called Michael and he showed up immediately to check out the problem and make the necessary adjustments. Michael guarantees his work to his customers. Michael of MCAS is committed to providing expert, competent, and excellent service to his customers. In addition. His assessments of a problem situation and his recommendations for possible repair strategies are honest and can be trusted. MCAS's excellent office staff provided additional support to us as customers and let us know in a timely manner if there were any changes to scheduling. As before, we were extremely satisfied with the work of MCAS Roofing. The Copper installation on our 120 year old house will last a very long time. Our roof and our gutters are now in excellent shape and we have had no problem with leaks or roof drainage . We highly recommend Michael Casolaro of MCAS Roofing, and we would most definitely use him for future projects. His prices are fair and he is a Knowledgeable Master Roofer who can expertly handle repairs and installations of all types of roofs.

MCAS did a small patch on a brand new roof installed last year by another company (who wouldn’t return my emails). To save MCAS time and energy, I took photos. Even though it was a small job, MCAS discussed it by email and phone with me, gave me an estimate, and I did NOT have to bug them at all. About two weeks after my first contact (there was plenty of rain and I was out of town a few days), a top-notch 2-man crew showed up and did a bang-up job (and quickly, too). They were competent, immaculate, and NICE. I was worried that with a brand new roof a small patch might show, but staring at the roof you cannot see anything but perfection. Wow!

Took some time as my job was not a rush one and I was asking them to fit me in. Very happy with the result

MCAS has been doing our roofing work since we moved here two years ago. They are always very very responsive. Justine is a pleasure to talk to and great coordinator. Michael personally oversees the work. Some times getting people to come out here to Putnam County has been a challenge, but never with MCAS. We have had them do large and small projects, and always very pleased with the results.

It was marvelous. They did it all one day. My husband is in a nursing home, I'm home by myself and I'm disabled. They're very nice people, they really looked out for me and they did a good job. I paid them cash and everything is fine. I want to send money for the tips. The boys never even came in, the three men, never even came in the door or anything, they just left when they got done at the end of the day and I want to give them a little something. They never came in, so I have to mail it off to them. Mike said, "No, don't worry Pat, they're okay." But I still have to send it. The three men who did it were wonderful, they never bothered me, never came in. They worked worked worked, except for lunch. I looked out the door and I said, "Come in the bathroom if you need it or water if you need it." No, they never bothered me. They just kept on working. They were great. They were fantastic, no doubt about it. My interaction with them has mostly been on the phone. I could call Mike and he calls me. They've been fantastic. Whether it's his wife or the receptionist, she is fantastic too. They were such great people, I wouldn't hesitate to have them again for something.

MCAS did a great job. Scheduling was tight at the end of the season and we needed to reschedule a few times due to weather but MCAS got it in before winter. In a day and a half, they tore down the section of existing shingles, plywood, fascia, and gutter, replaced the plywood and fascia, reattached the gutter, applied a new rolled roofing material especially for slow sloping roofs. The job was quick, the workers were very professional, and they cleaned up all the debris afterward. They even cleaned out the rest of my gutters while they were there. I would definitely recommend them for roofing work.

The first visit went well and have decided that MCAS would put new roof on when they are able. Would be very glad to also give views after that work is done,but I can almost now state that it would/will be superior. Also liked friendly family like atmosphere when speaking /each other. As an older woman, gt nervous setting something as important as this up however, was able to speak w/ Mike and wife casually (without getting tongue tied) as to what was what and then tell son who set it up.

We were very impressed with Michael and his team of workers who bring the highest caliber of skill, training, and workmanship to the job. Each day both he and his workers were punctual, focused, and worked consistently throughout the day. They were very respectful of our family and our home. They made sure to clean up and leave the work area in a very orderly manner each day. In addition, Michael was around each day to assess the work, and he even would spend time up on the roof working along with his workers. For safety reasons, Michael made sure that each of his workers wore a harness that would prevent them from having an accidental fall. Michael is a perfectionist; he is an ultimate professional; he wants the job done right; and he wants his customers to be satisfied. In addition, he always made it a point to take all of our concerns into consideration. Initially when we called MCAS, Michael returned our call immediately and came out to assess the situation. Michael estimated that he would only have to rebuild a portion of our Yankee Gutters. However, after the work began, it was obvious to all of us that our Yankee gutters had to be totally rebuilt. Therefore, both Michael and me and my husband mutually agreed that there had to be a very small adjustment in the original estimate. This situation did not impact Michael's commitment to do an excellent job on our gutters and our chimneys. In the end, we are happy to be able to say that an Obviously Amazing Job was done rebuilding our Yankee Gutters and repairing our 3 chimneys. When you walk past our house now the workmanship on our Yankee Gutters and 3 chimneys truly stands out. Also, four days ago, we had a severe all day down pour rain storm. BUT OUR GUTTERS WORKED PERFECTLY, AND THERE WERE NO LEAKS IN OUR HOUSE. We truly respect and appreciate the high caliber of the work, and craftmanship of Michael and his company MCAS. They are a company that takes pride in their work, and they are prepared to deliver on their promise of EXCELLENT WORMANSHIP. Excellent. The work was done without any delays and the I could not ask for better workmanship. The cost was hundreds of dollars less than the next best estimate. The entire project from beginning to cleanup went without a flaw. I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Mike came within a day and evaluated the problem. called that day with an estimate and repair plan. work was completed within four days, ahead of expected repair schedule. work was done professionally, neatly and final bill was below estimate. have used and recommended MCAS previously and when needed will glad use them again

We asked MCAS for a roofing estimate in April. Mike arrived on time, and was very professional. He actually walked the roof during the estimate, which you'd think would be common practice, but other estimators did not do so. I had a very good impression of Mike as an honest and hard-working business owner, and he quoted an excellent price for the job. I contacted MCAS again this July when we were ready to proceed with the job. Even though they had entered their busy season, they honored their original slow-season estimate, and were able to begin work in just a couple of weeks. Their crew arrived when they said they would, and Mike was on-site at the beginning of each day on the job. Mike's foreman and crew were excellent! Most of the work was completed in two days, the only hang-up being a delay in the delivery of our new skylights, which were installed the following week. The top of our chimney was in bad shape; MCAS had a mason to rebuild the affected areas, and they also did an outstanding job. Communication with Mike and his office was outstanding. If I left a message, they got back to me immediately -- again, something that should be expected, but often lacking with some companies. When the skylights were delayed, they let me know right away. I would hire MCAS again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend them!

From start to finish this was the easiest job I have done in my house. The owner, Mike gave a very fair price and stuck to it. He told me from the outset that one can never know what issues are underneath but he never asked for more money. His crew was punctual, clean and nice to talk to. They cleaned up the site every night and when they were done, it looked like they had never been there. The workmanship and quality is great and I would use MCAS again without question.

5 workers arrived at 7 am and began working on Day 1. Extremely professional, competent. The men took a lot of pride in their work. Day 2 same! Day 3 was horribly hot and I was glad the men only worked until 1 pm. Last day was finishing details. Our property was cleaned daily before the men left. We had to have boards replaced and Mike, the owner, made sure that our chimney which was not done properly in the past was repaired. We couldn't have been happier. there were no surprises!

The company is amazing. This is the first time I have ever worked with a company where the estimate was more than the final charge! They were scrupulously honest about the amount of time they worked and billed only according to how long the work took. The owner called the night before to arrange the timing of the work, and his men showed up punctually, were neat and friendly, and did a good job. It is rare to find a company which is trustworthy, honest, and easy to work with. I will use them again without reservation.

very smoothly, returned call same day and sent out a team same day. Wasn't home, so couldn't witness the work, but thereafter our ice dams cleared.

Price was higher than expected but service was done quickly after I called and I haven't had any water leaking since.
