Description of Work: In 20011 I bought my present home . In every aspect the house was perfect for me. It had one glaring problem. There was persistant water seepage in the basement. The area directly around the back of the house was like a sponge and from my neighbor I learned that this was not just a problem for me but for the entire street. Frank Fontana was my instant solution. He had done extensive work for me at my previous home which presented many complex drainage and landscaping challenges. He removed and preserved mature plantings... excavated around the back of the house , installed a drainage system , removed a buried 500 gallon propane tank which was basically floating under the ground,held down with concrete buckets and properly prepared a space for the new propane tank. In the front of the house he rebuilt the front and side steps which had settled away from the house and also added a new stone walkway leading from the back porch to the pool He scheduled his work in 2 parts. The drainage and the front and side steps were addressed in Nov. 2011. He came back just before Easter in 2012 to finish the steps to the pool and replant the shrubs around the back porch. With all the storms and difficult weather there has not been any water seepage in the basement. Frank is very good at his job and absolutely honest.

Description of Work: They have done a lot of different projects for me. They have done landscaping, fixed drainage problems, built a patio from one end of the house to the other. There was a lot of problems that they had to tend to to get the patio in place.
