Description of Work: Nancy Kennedy was the agent we dealt with as a buyer. Terrible experience. Our transaction was with a relocation agency, which didn't help matters, but Kennedy's outright refusal to comply with two basic requests, to get a CO for the property and order an electronics inspection, as well as a complete breakdown in her communication with the seller, i.e., the relocation agency, nearly ruined the deal. The final weeks of the transaction were unnecessarily complicated and delayed (kids missed sep school start because of it) because seller and broker were not communicating and previously agreed to terms of sale were being rehashed by relocation service attorney, who apparently had not been informed that they were resolved. The broker, NK, had been asked to order a CO as our attorney and inspector said was required, simply refused, until forced to, delaying closing. We discovered the windows to property inexplicably left open and it took three days and repeated messages to get HL to respond. The agency could not be bothered to send a representative to closing, so we had no keys to property when we signed off on our end. Called to arrange for key transfer and specifically told them not to leave the keys "under the mat" as they suggested. They did so anyway without bothering to inform us--our broker relayed their message to that effect via voicemail and left my wife parked in the rain for 20 minutes outside the property with two small children. Either incompetent or weirdly spiteful (I had complained about their unprofessionalism to sellers), take your pick.
