Denise Wenacur the owner of DW Design and Decor isn't a person to do this kind of job. I have made the mistake of hiring her. She doesn't know her suppliers policy! Be careful what you sign off on with her. She isn't truthful and is unprofessional. What saved my project was my amazing contractor! He kept things in order, measured correctly. He had to fix all the cabinet company mistakes - if you ask Denise about something on cabinets (things that was missing or why is this like that) she had no answer but say, call cabinet lady (won't reveal her name). She never came to site to oversee the cabinet installation, the most important part of kitchen renovations!! She never put In the time! She collected her $ and basically checked out! I would NEVER recommend DW Design and Decor LLC to anyone!

Outdoor kitchen, fire pit, lounge area, dining space, repositioned French doors Had some issues with the leveling of the grounds but once that was worked out Denise kept the project flowing and moving. We are so happy with the results!

Denise is a class act and phenomenal designer. We were referred to her by a close friend when we purchased our new home in Westchester County the end of last year. We relocated from the city and went from living in a small condo to a large home. We didn't even know where to start with filling in all the space and creating an inviting, contemporary space that could now be used for entertaining and living. We gave her a budget, met with her so she could get a sense of who we were and what we would use the space for, and some ideas of the styles we liked. She took all that information and created the most amazing home for us. We had some challenging areas in our new home that we deemed unusable; she solved each of those challenges for us by pulling in her team of experts to tackle each design issue. We now use every inch of our house and we love it. What I appreciated the most about her was her service. We were never in the dark, she openly communicated with us and she met deadlines and kept our project going until it was completed. We had heard horror stories about other designers that never complete projects and are impossible to get a hold of. Not Denise. She was prompt, professional, endearing and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention her years of experience in her industry have allowed her to build a team that was just as responsive as her. Deb with window treatments is a true expert, Julia with the faux painting projects we had her do blew us away and the contractor she referred to do some minor work was friendly and professional and his work was flawless. Overall this was such a fun and great experience to work with Denise and her team. I would refer her to anyone that needs a designer for their home. We are set to work with her again on our outdoor space and can’t wait to get that started. Thanks Denise for being such a dedicated professional and so good at what you do. We get endless complements on our house.
