Great. Mike and his crew are extremely professional, neat and thorough. He is a little more expensive than i was hoping but you get what you pay for and in an old house where my boiler is patched together with 100 different systems, Mike had the best approach compared to other people i brought in. If your looking for a job done correctly then go with these guys you won't be upset.

I called All County when I noticed one of the furnaces flames wasn't working. We can run on one but I wanted to know if something needed to be fixed before the cold days come. I didn't get any warning that there was a $150 service call just for coming. Charging for a Service call is expected, but $150? The problem was a gas valve that needed to be replaced. The average price of the valve in the web is $110. It took about 30- 45 minutes to replace it and I was charged $800 + tax for parts and labor. The man told me that he was going to clean around the furnace because I had asked if he could also clean them for that price. The 30 - 45 minutes included the cleaning. When the man told me the price, I asked him if he could reconsider since the part was only $110 (average, there were some sites where they had it for $80) he told me that that was the price, that he had insurance and trucks to pay and that I had also question his bill last time he was here. The last time I was here he sent me a bill for cleaning 2 furnaces. I didn't know I had 2 so I called and asked why was he charging me for 2. Once he explained, I sent the check for the full amount. Before he left he ask me to pay him immediately since I question his work and his charges. I did not "question"; I asked questions which I think is valid for any customer. He realized that he was being an a** and tried to apologize. I couldn't care less. I'm not using him anymore. I can't believe that All County thinks that replacing a $110 part, which I’m sure costs even less at wholesale, in 45 minutes is worth $800 + tax. What kind of talent and fix expenses does he have to charge $690 for not even an hour of work? If he works 20 hours a week for 48 week / year he is making $662,400 a year. He told me he has other guys working for his company so I'm sure the fix costs are not just paid by his work but also by the work of the other guys. I believe this is an abuse and I wanted to share this information with other people in the area. I'm so upset that I got worried that it was going to get cold soon and accepted this man outrageous charges rather than shopping around for a more reasonable price.

My interaction with them was alright. They came, did what they had to do and left. They were not particularly inexpensive but I guess they were in line although I don't remember as to how much I paid exactly. I might use them in the future. I used some other service provider and I have been very pleased with them. I have been very happy with this other service provider.
