Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody.

jose was not pricey at all. He send over 3 guys to do the work and they finish on time and they are very clean and nice.

They began work on July 14, 2016 and leveled a 25ft by 25ft area and framed to create a GRAVEL DRIVEWAY. They also cemented 25ft of sidewalk and did a 25ft curb cut ALL ACCORDING TO CITY OF YONKERS CODEING REQUIREMENTS. Inspectors came as required. Gravel Driveway came out beautiful and they took care to work around my huge tree which sits in center of driveway. All completed within a week. Workers made sure to clean up, they were extremely polite and worked in EXTREMELY HOT HEAT. WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE LICENSED! P.S. The owner of the company is not only professional but also concerned with the customers needs and makes sure they are met. They were on time, dependable and I highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with our choice of Fredy's Contracting Inc. to complete our patio. Within an hour of our call on a Saturday morning, Fredy's son was at our house measuring our patio. Within 48 hours we had a written bid emailed to us. Work started within the 3 week time-frame we had agreed upon. Jose and his crew excavated (most by hand because of the awkward space) and leveled everything in a day. The next day, they worked through a rainstorm and laid the pavers for our gorgeous patio. We are do-it yourself kind of folks, there is no way we could have done this on our own. Top notch work, professional people, and all done in a timely manner. Freddy and his crew were very professional. Work was done in a timely manner; not to mention how neatly it was done. Our new driveway brings so much appeal to our home. A job very well done! I will certainly have them work on other home projects. A job very well done!

They rpaired our front steps. First day perfect then we noticed a settleing that was not plum. The can back and repaired the work within a day.

Jose has an excellent company and has built masonry wall and done patio for my both of my houses. I recommend this Company the workers are very polite.

I contracted with Fredy's for regrading, fill, lawn re-seeding and landscape repair, walkway unilock repair, blacktop repair. Although we don't have any grass yet (but I remain confident), the work done was completed professionally and competently. We mutually agreed to delay the blacktop repair for a couple of weeks but the rest was done within the time frame agreed and done beautifully. The price was in the middle of bids received (3 bids) which I think was fair. I have been promised a full lawn and time will tell but Jose (owner) has been trustworthy to date and I would fully recommend based on work completed!
