+ -1 moreAfter a lot of frustration with another company, I turned to High Octane who was recommended by another worker that I trust and employ frequently. One of the units connected to my AC was not functioning. It was a problem with the condenser. Making matters worse, the company that made the AC was no longer in business and getting parts was problematic to say the least. A prior company just gave up on it. Damion didn't charge me at all to look at the AC system (something the other company charged me $100 for) and then he set out to find a condenser. It was not an easy thing to find, but he was persistent and he found it. The estimate given to me by the other company was in excess of $1500. Damian did it for $1200. He was thorough, he was prompt, he was quick, and he was professional. I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone. He is not one of the bigger companies that service AC systems, but I think he may be the best around here.

+ -1 moreWe recently changed homeowner insurance companies. During our walk through, the new company stated that we had to have an old unused oil tank removed from our basement. My first instinct was to go to Google, where I found that it was very difficult to find companies whom performed this type of service. My next instinct was to try Angie's List. After calling several providers, I was receiving quotes from $325 - $800. We chose to go with High Octane for two reasons: A) The price was the best and B) I submitted for an online quote and they responded very promptly. That same day, they came out to our home and gave us a more concrete quote and we scheduled our appointment. We are very satisfied with not only the work that they performed, but the level of professionalism we received.

+ -1 moreGREAT!!!. Super nice individual, professional, friendly, helpful, pleasant, and straightforward. Went right to work and as on time and finished on time. Very respectful of my property and very neat and clean. Would recommend them to any one needing to change to different heating system and their tank drained and if desired, removed.Also, once contacted response time was immediate.
Description of Work: Emptied my tank of oil. Did not remove tank, at my request.
