M.M.T Fireplace & Masonry Repair

My initial concern was soot in my house. Tyler assured me that he would take every precaution to leave my house as he found it. He lived up to his promise. He was professional and honest and I would recommend him to others.

Other companies quoted me much higher rates and one completely failed to get the job done. MMT were complete professionals, a pleasure to deal with, prompt, and skilled. Iâ ll be relying on them for all chimney and masonry projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Really quick response and very professional. He made himself available at an earlier date than scheduled, which was great given that we wanted the chimney cleaned before Christmas day. He arrived on time, completed the job promptly and professionally, none of which we can take for granted these days.

I hired them to remove and replace two bedroom ceilings with new sheetrock. They took down the pressed board, left the animal nests and old insulation in the ceiling, threw the ceiling material out the second story window to the lawn, didnt replace the screen, left the old crown for me to discard, left some debris on the lawn and told me they would need to provide a new estimate for installing the sheetrock. They asked to be paid $400 for the half demo they did and I never heard from them again.

Was able to schedule an appointment sooner than any of the local â prosâ . Work was quick and professional. But the work was outstanding. I noticed a huge difference right after the first use.

He was very personable and honest. Found the problem with the fireplace but have been unable to find the part to fix it. Did recommend another company but would have preferred him to fix it. More time wasted without the fireplace working.

Tyler called me back right away when I contacted him to do a chimney repair. He came that same day to evaluate the work in person, and made room in his schedule to complete the work the next day, knowing that the repair was a prereq for having my roof replaced, and that the end of the season for chimney repair is approaching. Tyler explained what work he would do, shared before and after photos of the repair, and was conscientious in leaving the work area neat and clean. I found Tyler a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him !
