+ -1 moreI was patched to Mike, the Owner, when I called, he said he would send his Plumber, Rob, in about one hour. Rob arrived in just under an hour and fixed the leak and checked the other 2 Bathroom Sinks. Rob was extremely Professional, cleaned up after himself and even put everything back under the Sinks. Since all 3 Sinks were about the same age, Rob felt I would soon be having leaks in the 2nd Masterbath Sink and the one in the Guest bath. He repaired all three (3) Supply Lines. I had them return in a week to install a new Sink and Faucet in the Guest Bath and move the Guest bath Sink to the MasterBath to replace the Sink another Plumbing Company had cracked when their worker was repairing a leak in pipes above my ceiling from the Condo above. He stood on the countertop because he was to lazy to get a ladder and then refused to admit what he had done. They did a beautiful job of removing the sink with no damage to my corian countertop. Once again Rob was Professional and cleaned up. He even asked me for a mop to wipe some footprints on my hardwood floors. Mike and Rob were terrific and did a great job - absolutely no complaints.
Description of Work: I had a leak under one of my Masterbath Sinks.

Description of Work: They were very accommodating and prompt. Inspected the installation of a water heater for a new house we were buying. Filed the necessary permits with the city for us. Were really good at communicating and price was excellent. will definitely be using them in the future!

I had been told by my regular plumber that he wouldn't be able to repair the pipe in the crawl space because it was too cramped. He told me that he would have to go through my bathroom floor and the estimate was $10,000. MGM said that they could do the repair without demolishing the floor which was an incredible savings in both money and time. They did a very unpleasant job for a great price and extremely quickly. I can't recommend MGM more highly for their great work, professionalism, prompt help and price.

They performed their duties and then they cleaned up and removed all the debris as well as the old toilet. Before leaving, they reviewed what they did and asked me if I had any questions. The team was very professional.
Description of Work: MGM Plumbing removed an old toilet, repaired the faulty foundation and installed a new toilet. They also cleaned out pipes in the bathroom sinks and bathtub, which instantly made the water flow quickly.

Description of Work: I hired MGM Plumbing to replace my boiler and do a fuel conversion from oil heat to gas heat. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. This was a complicated project with many permits, inspections and Mike stepped me threw the process and got all the ducks in a row ( Town Inspectors, Utility Inspectors, Oil removal, electrical issues, rebates, financing sealing chimney) It was further complicated because my boiler is in a low crawlspace, difficult area to work in, difficult access via narrow stairs - also I wanted a very high efficiency boiler that requires new exhaust pipes that had to be drilled through my 8" stone wall. - complicated. Each problem that arose, Mike knew how to handle it. He made several suggestions for improving the distribution zoning around the house, and that added cost and delays to the project, but I'm very glad I took his advice. In the end, I ended up with great moderen very efficient and quiet system that heats the house quicker than ever, maintains consistent temps throughout the house. And all the new circulator pumps, zone control valves, thermostats and temperature sensors make this system more dependable than before. And even though we've had a mild winter so far, I can tell my total fuel bills will be about 25% lower. Mike cares very much about each customer and knows how to handle emergencies too. Mike and MGM also fixed a recent leak and replaced our kitchen sink - a job well done.
