Our job did not involve a septic system, but the review form had no option for drainage. Vic explored, uncovered, rebuilt, replaced and renovated a century old underground drainage system on our back property. He did so incrementally with patience, insight and thoughtfulness so as to maximize the result and minimize the cost. This was an extensive project with great results. I wouldn't trust anyone else for any work that DeClogg is willing to tackle.

Very professional and honest

Vic and his crew are very professional and Vic explained all of the problems that he encountered while installing a new septic system. They cleaned up the area when they finished and graded the soil and put down grass seed and straw. I highly recommended them!!!!

Victor is very responsive and extremely capable. He fixed my septic system quickly and recommended an electrician and together they diagnosed some thorny problems, came up with the right solutions and finished the job in one day. I got my money s worth. Highly recommended.

Vic and his wife run DeClogg as a family business and from the very beginning my husband and I felt as though we were treated as more than customers. We needed extensive repair work done on three septic systems on our property. From the very beginning Vic was incredibly professional yet extremely respectful and courteous. He was up front about the fact some of the repairs required approvals by the county and town Board of Health. Yet he went above and beyond where those approvals were concerned, taking time to walk the property and evaluate the systems with the BOH representative, crafting a solution that worked for us, but was also cost effective. The repairs that we needed were overwhelming, yet Vic made each step along the process feel manageable and low-stress, much of that due to excellent communication, keeping us updated regarding all of the systems/on-going repairs, and BOH approvals. He and his team worked during major holiday weeks (Thanksgiving and Christmas) to make sure we had systems that were fully functioning as quickly as possible. My husband and I cannot thank Vic and his wife more for all their dedication and hard work. Their honesty and integrity was apparent from the very beginning.
