They were nasty, rude and unprofessional. The first dumpster they sent was rusted all the way around and had a huge hole in the bottom that we could barely put anything in. I called them for 4 days to come and rectify the problem. I was told to go and buy a board from home Depot for twenty bucks and put it in to cover the hole. So basically they wanted me to spend $20 to throw away a board that they should have not brought that Dumpster. The man on the phone Angelo was very nasty and finally showed up I'm put a plastic piece over the hole and told me that that dumpster should never have been delivered and left. I had not anticipated needing more than a 10-yard dumpster. so I called them to come and take the one that was failed and replace it with a new one. That took another three days of calling them begging them and getting no response. When they did finally bring the new dumpster it was a better one. We felt that dumpster and on Friday morning at 6 a.m. without any warning they came to pick it up. Everyone in my house was sleeping and the dispatcher probably Angelo again demanded to have us move the car so they could get the dumpster off our property. When my son-in-law refused to go up and wake me up he was cursed at. the dispatcher also told him that the driver was going to come into my house go up my stairs and wake me up to move the vehicles that were blocking the dumpster. Called the State Police explained that my family had been threatened. I was told to call them and make arrangements for them to pick up the dumpster. When I called the dispatcher was very nasty and rude so I told him he needed to speak to my attorney and hung up. And I proceeded to send an email detailing all the problems and arrange for a pickup of the dumpster through my attorney. And I got a nasty response back. The dispatcher also threatened to have the dumpster picked up and everything in it dumped on my driveway. This company is far from professional. Far from helpful. I would use any other carting company than this one.

Very unprofessional company. I sent pictures of the lumber and gave a description of the removal need. They quoted $200, took my credit card info. and scheduled a Friday 11:00 pickup. At 4:00 they arrived and said the truck was too big for my driveway and they would return Saturday between 11:00 and 1:00 with a smaller truck. They never showed up Saturday. They then promised to come Monday between 2:00 and 4:00. They never showed up. When I called nobody knew where the truck was or when it was coming. I tried contacting the owner but he never responded. I took off from work each day only to be left waiting, not even a phone call to say they weren’t coming. But they sure knew to take a credit card in advance. Horrible.

Things went okay till the time when they came over to remove the dumpster. When they drag the dumpster it left three marks on our driveway. My wife called them up to complain and was told:"If you are worried about your driveway you should have put wood on it, or ask the driver to leave the dumpster on the lawn. We are experts on dumpsters, not driveways." If a company requires its customers to be aware of the potential damage its service could have done to their home, that's utterly unprofessional to me. It's the very first time that we use a dumpster service and we don't really know anything about it. For the company, however, I doubt it's the first time that their dumpsters caused damage to somebody's driveway, the professional thing to do is to warn its customers and give some heads-up, then we could be better prepared. Now we have 3 marks on our drive way and our house is supposed to get on the market in the next few days, we have to scramble to find ways to fix it.

Called for dumpster and was easy and fast coordination for drop off. Lets face it...they are garbage people so you cannnot expect exceptional professionalism. When pick up time came they took 3 days and then added charges without notification or authorization.

Needed a dumpster for Memorial Day weekend. AAA Carting called before delivering it. They were professional and the driver placed the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. They delivered it on time and picked it up the day I called to say that we were doneand left my driveway in perfect condition Would definitely use them in the future andrecommend them highly.

On the phone they were professional, the rental was arranged easily and the dumpster arrived promptly. I filled the dumpster earlier then expected and at my request they came immediately to remove it. The gentlemen who delivered the dumpster and removed it were professional and very helpful - especially in protecting my driveway from damage. Overall I give them an and quot;Aand quot;.

OK, delivered when promised, picked up a few days later than promised.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH AAA CARTING IS GREAT. WE CALLED FOR A DUMPSTER, THEY DELIVERED IT PROMPTLY AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE WHEN WE REQUESTED IT.

AAA CARTING ALLOWS YOU TO KEEP A DUMPSTER FOR UP TO A WEEK TO FILL WILL GARBAGE THAT THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT WILL NOT USUALLY TAKE. THE DUMPSTERS ARE VERY NEAT AND HIGH SO YOU CAN NOT SEE THE MESS.
