house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe called to set up bi-weekly cleaning. Ed came and gave us a price of $75, with the first thorough cleaning at $105. Ed and the cleaner came a few days later on time. The cleaner spent about 2 hours and missed a number of items we specifically mentioned, as well as some routine items (cleaning both sides of a double sink, emptying waste baskets). The overall quality was not great. At their rate of $25/hr, we should have gotten 4 hours. I called Ed and he agreed to call in a few days to set up a time to finish. He did not call. I called again and left a voice mail, but we have had no response.
