The boss just dropped off a guy who did the washing over parts of two days. He got most of the mold off, but missed some spots, and damaged the siding in several places. I got a second informal quote from Broomhilda Cleaners, as they were washing our windows after the power washing, and I paid JBK Builders twice what they would have charged for the same job, plus they would have then done the windows afterwards.

In response to this review: Boss Just dropped off a guy?? No I personally delivered 32 ft ladder, other ladders, P Wash equipment, hoses etc to the site the day prior. A Truck Load!! Most of the mold?? We personally walked the site after the work completed with the owner and no complaints Damaged the Siding in Several Places?? Siding was rotted and covered with paint in places, also a lot of WoodPecker Damage on the South Side. Cheaper Quote: Maybe so but we are a General Contractor and not a house cleaning service. Broomhilda did not see the initial condition of course and woulda, coulda, shoulda!!! [Member Name Removed] wanted the work done quick and JBK put a Job on Hold to do her work.
