"I hired Batusha Corp for a garage project. They were one of many companies that I requested quotes. Vigan, the owner, came and reviewed the job with me. Unlike a few of the others, he listened to what I was asking to have done. He offered some good suggestions to resolve some issues, and did not pressure me in any way. Extremely professional. Though his price was a bit higher than some others that quoted the job, there were others that quoted higher. However, it was clear that he knew what the job would cost and charged fairly for it. I avoid those that lowball price, only to jack it up after work has started. I also avoid those who give an unreasonably high price because it shows they don't understand the job well enough. We discussed his process and deadlines. I like the fact that he also works on the projects and oversees his employees. I also like the fact that he doesn't over extend himself with too many jobs at once. This showed very clearly in the high quality of the work, attention to details, and completion within the time promised. During the work, unrelated plumbing issues occurred which Vigan brought to my attention. These issues would have delayed the project, but Vigan offered to bring in his trusted plumber, who quickly resolved the issues allowing the rest of the work to proceed on schedule. There was an additional project that I wanted to do, but couldn't afford it at the time. Vigan worked with me to get that project done and to pay him the next month. I have finally found an honest, high quality, professional contractor who I will hire again for all my home construction projects! Thank you, Vigan!"

David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment.
