INITIAL ASSESSMENT + CONTROL & PRICING
We require an initial assessment and control work to establish a recurring relationship. That initial visit for assessment and control work is $100. We will identify any pest issues you may have and take initial measures to control those issues, such as setting traps.
It will take one hour or less, and if it's easier for you, you do not have to be there (but just provide us a way to get into the site).
The technicians will provide you with a report and customized information about how you can better prevent pests on your own.
If the technician recommends that more help could be useful, like a follow-up visit, or quarterly or monthly visits, then they will let you know that recommendation and why, as well as the price which considers your location's size and the complexity of the pest issue.
But you are under no obligation to do additional visits.
If you would like even more detailed information about what an assessment includes for a specific issue, like for rats or anything else, you can request a tech to call you.
