Description of Work: He was very polite and courteous. He came to his appointment for the estimate on time. Actually I was a few minutes late because I had gotten stuck on the train. I apologized and we went up to show him the space. I was doing a small room about 8 by 6 and another room only the ceiling about 10 by 10. We arranged the day the time the price. $500.00 which i thought was reasonable. He did arrive late(over an hour). I have now realized that with everything you do you have to be extremely specific. I went to check inside to check how the painting was going and realized he had not covered the holes, where wall pictures had been hanging. I asked him to cover them of coures he did not have plaster. Luckily I had some ready patch and gave it to him. It was coverd like a 5 year old had done it. I had a folding door in that room which has slats I myself could of done a better job. It seemed like they just didnt want to work anymore after I fed them luch. I had also asked him to take down this big mirror I had on the wall since I myself could not. I figured they are 2 men they can take it down for me. He had actually painted around the mirror.!!! Even if I were to leave the mirror in the same spot who paints around a mirror???? That was so unproffesional and after that I realized I could never use him again. I was planning on using him to put wallpaper up but after seeing his painting job I decided I could probably do a better job.( i did put it up myself and did a great job) His prices are reasonable but now I know why. If you do use him make sure not to assume it will get done the right way, make sure you clarify everything.
