From the first call all the way to the very end Five boro remodeling was spectacular . Our business office roof had a few leaks and we were tired of hiring someone to fix it , after so many times so we decided to replace the roof completely . Jonathan came out and fully represented to us on how to install a new roof up to code , he's showed us step by step how it's done and we actually became very knowledgeable about the work after his presentation on how to replace a roof the right way with no corners cut and no surprise change orders. A fully itemized proposal then was sent the following day after reviewing several other proposals we decided to go with Five Boro Remodeling our roof is 4,500 sq ft Five boro remodeling finished in 3 days with a 15 man crew. The building was surprisingly very clean it was like they weren't even there. Jonathan made sure when the job begun during and after to put us on a group text and updated everyone with pictures of every step of the job. It's been 2 months now with no leaks and we just wanted to make sure it didn't leak before writing the review but now our roof has no leaks and Jonathan is still keeping in touch making sure everything's alright. Five Borough exceeded all of our expectations for replacing our roof. They gave the best warranty, and they were priced fair. They got the job done in one day! They were fast, clean, and professional. We're going to hire them again this year for our siding!

I had a couple estimates for gutters and small roof repair at my business, and ended up going with Five Borough due to the explanation and knowledge of the Consultant who came out to give me the estimate. Definitely worth picking someone certified.
