Description of Work: Made a definite appointment for tree pruning, never showed or called. Made a second attempt same non response do to working another area. They may very well be good at what they do but as far as keeping in touch with a potential customer as to courtesy calls for late arrival or for another no show, I had to give them an "F" rating. Didn't use their services.

 + -1 moreBernie quickly returned my call after leaving a message. He came out the same day to give us an estimate. The work was done a week later as was scheduled. The men arrived on time and left the yard looking great. Bernie was easy to work with and did all the work that was on the estimate.
Description of Work: The provider cleared trees that came down during Hurricane Sandy. They removed a couple dead trees and trimmed branches that were overhanging the house.
