I had an issue with my water softener which was looked at by two companies. The first company automatically said to replace. TMO saw that the problem was valves were turned off and opened them. They took water samples from my well and came back after the softener was working for a few days and retested. The softener was working so no work was needed There was no charge not even a service call fee. They were professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely hire them for any future plumbing needs

TMO did an excellent job. When one of the old lines leaked they were back in my home taking care of it the same day. Edwin and Mark were very professional and did a great job. Thanks TMO.
