 + -1 moreHe picked up my laptop from me at my place of business. He had it repaired and upgraded in less time and for less money then originally estimated. He notified me that my computer was ready and I picked it up from him. He is courteous, professional, prompt, and experienced. I would ABSOLUTELY use his services again and recommend him HIGHLY.
Description of Work: Mr. Dawson repaired and upgraded my 2008 MacBook Pro laptop.

Rather than charge me, he told me how I could solve the problem myself, and it worked beautifully! I really appreciate the time he took with me. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you, Ben.

Description of Work: I am so impressed with Sean at The PC Surgeon. He is a true professional. I was really impressed when he sent me a follow up email to double check that my computer and all the various installations were doing OK. He is extremely fair and reasonable in terms of price, as well as patient. My new computer had been sitting for over a year because I was afraid of losing business files etc. When my 7-8 yr old computer really started to give me trouble, I had no choice but to make the switch once and for all. Sean reinstalled several programs and even networked my old hard drive to the new computer so I could access old AOL emails since AOL was giving me grief too. He also set me up with my new Email system and spoke with web site hosting company to make the necessary changes. The company was referred by a family member. I had checked out other local companies and there was too much negative feedback. I could not consider dropping my towers off at a retail store with a bunch of kids. Too much sensitive info on my computer. Sean came to the office and I couldn't be more pleased with The PC Surgeon's service.Relief!
