I woke up to a flooded kitchen. Water was flowing from under my sink. What a mess! I called Omni Plumbing and spoke to Jon. He came over and assessed the problem immediately. I needed a new faucet. I selected the new one and he returned to install it as agreed. He was personalble and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact them for any plumbing need in the future.

John was a prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested two options. After deciding the solution, John, quickly executed the proposed solution and the toilet was back in business. We will be recommending John to others and will be calling him for future plumbing problems.

Omni provided FANTASTIC service. Not only did he make himself available on a Sunday (with less than 24 hours notice), but Jon recommended a repair that saved us quite a bit of money. He proved to be very trustworthy and he will continue to be our go-to plumbing service.

For the new sand filter, we were transitioning from a D.E. filter to a sand filter and the size and positioning of the new sand filter was completely different. Jon was able to rework the PVC piping to match the new pool pump. To prevent the pool pump from disturbing the surrounding neighbors, the pool pump cover was designed to mitigate the noise of the pump. We were able to discuss a few approaches and designs and went with an approach that we were comfortable with, functionally and aesthetically. The guest shower faucet was leaking and causing mold in the shower. He was able to quickly assess the issue and replace the defective part. The seals on the kitchen sink were leaking as a result of the brackets that had broken. Omni was able to replace braces and reseal the sink.

It went well. Repaired leaks in timely fashion.
