Contacted Jhei for electrical and plumbing work. Jhei and Chris arrived promptly to install outdoor lighting and repair outdoor and interior plumbing. Jhei and Chris were professional and friendly. Easy communication with Luisa in the office, and Jhei offered helpful suggestions for current and future projects. Very much appreciated that Jhei and Chris wore masks while inside our home. We have future work already scheduled with Jhei and would highly recommend.

Jhei came to my home within 30 minutes of my call. He was very respectful wore a mask and covered shoes. He also provided some tips for me and my son on things we can do ourselves to save money

If you need a good professional plumber, call JHEI and Sons LLC. Heâ s fast, thoroughly professional and keeps his word. He comes highly recommended. The hybrid electric that Folkes Home Services installed a little over two years ago died... wires were fried. We called several plumbers, only JHEI showed up, did the job and replaced the unit under warranty. He confirmed what we knew years ago: that Folkes installed the hybrid electric unit in a room way too small form such a unit... instead of properly venting the unit or swapping it out for a standard regular electric, they gave us a small refund and walked away. The unit was very very loud, they heard it, but never contacted the mfg to tell them something was wrong... we know this now because the current unit is the same model and is very quiet. Such unprofessionalism. We will never use Folkes again or in good concience be able to recommend them to anyone. Hudson Valley Renovation installed the water filter... and used such cheap fittings and failed to use piping that was the proper size. There are other issues that are not yet a problem but may be in the future (like a valve installed backwards that canâ t be turned off... really stupid obvious stuff). The unit had been leaking for months... the same plumber that replaced the water heater had to fix this as well. Had JHEI performed the original work noted above, it would have been done right the first time.

They were on time. went to work right away found the leak. Very efficient, cleaned up when job was done. Checked to make sure water and furnace working and the leak had stopped.

Jason and Carlos were very professional and polite. Pricing was fair for jobs done. They worked well at overcoming obstacles that came up during outlet installation process and rewiring of home and breaker box. The plumbing work was also done well. They took their time to ensure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They also cleaned up well after work was done. I would use them again for any work needed and would recommend them to others.

Jhei was excellent to work with. He listened intently and provided good feedback / suggestions. He communicated well before the project and texted a well appreciated follow up after the project was complete to see how things were going. Don’t know how often that is done but it was recognized. Would recommend his service to others.
