Ryan and his team have returned 3 times in the last 5 years and have always done an impeccable job cleaning a house with dog stained carpets. Some stains are several months old and almost always removed successfully. Always come when they say. When I couldn't wait and used 2 other contractors always a worse outcome

I have used SuperClean for years. Ryan McFall has always done a good job and is professional. This time he did not disappoint. The carpets were clean and he did not leave a mess. My only negative comment is that he arrived later than the time stated, but only by a few minutes.

I was not home, my son was and I think the guy did not do as good a job as I have had before with this service. My son did not think he moved any of the furniture and he did not treat the pet stained areas.

I have 2 dogs, one is quite elderly, and is getting to the point where we don't always make it outdoors for her bathroom, so there were alot of stains from her, plus the carpet was quite stained when we bought the house 4 years ago, and since it's a lighter color carpet, it shows everything, all the wear paths and every spot. I really was not expecting miracles, I just wanted the worst of the stains cleaned up, and to keep any odor from happening. Ryan and his assistant were a full 1/2 hour early, were very pleasant and polite, and got right to work. They were both very professional, worked quickly and well together, and called us in when they were about half done so we could see how they were coming. While the carpet will never look new again, they got out most of the stains, both old and new, and most of the paths. All in all, I am very happy with their work, the carpet looks better than I had dared hope for. As for Ryan and his company, I have already recommended them to my mother and another friend, and will continue to do so. It was a refreshing change of pace to have service people who really seemed to care and to take pride in what they do. I consider it money very well spent.
