Description of Work: Shannon, of Homestead Property Services, came to our home to do a free estimate for hanging wallpaper. She was not only prompt, but early. She was very professional and knowledgeable. After looking at our situation, she assured us we could do it ourselves and proceeded to give us some pointers. She was very helpful and offered to help if we had difficulty. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about by the way she explained the techniques and issues we would encounter. She did promptly email an estimate the next day, as promised. Even though we did do the job ourselves, we were very impressed by Shannon and would use her again in a heartbeat for any home improvements. We have already shared her name with others. This is a new self-owned company starting in this area, so she is not listed anywhere, yet.
