Did not hire dirty cleaning company the estimate was overpriced for a 1200sf ranch with on person occupying the home and no pets
Description of Work: Too expensive over $300.00 for a 1200sf ranch with one person living at the home with no pets. I decided to seek other professsional cleaners The owner of dirty cleaning was prompt and courteous.

I contacted Dirty Work cleaing to to a deep clean on my parents home. Lorraine was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. She arrived right on time with all the supplies necessary for this tough job! This was an all day job and Lorraine was friendly, cheerful and worked hard the whole time. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the wonderful job she did for us.Everything I expected and much more! I would definitely recommend Dirty Work Cleaning!!

I called this service provider twice and sent two emails via its website to inquire about pricing. I finally received one email weeks after my initial contact apologizing for the delay and indicating the individual would call me the following day. I never heard a word. If I'm going to trust you to come in my house while I'm not there, plus rely on you to be responsive to my needs as a service provider, the least you can do - I think - is return a call or an email. And if these folks can't be responsive when I'm a potential new customer, there's no way I'd trust them to be responsive once they've bagged me.

POINT IN FACT, THE MEMBER DID NOT CONTACT US THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND BUSINESS E-MAIL ACCOUNT BUT INSTEAD SENT AN E-MAIL TO MY PERSONAL E-MAIL ACCOUNT WHERE IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY PLACED IN A "SPAM" FOLDER AND WAS NOT NOTICED RIGHT AWAY.
