Jack came to the house was very nice, but tried to keep selling me on a type of pool i didn't want. Told him i only wanted a cement pool and told me polymers is the way i want to go. Wouldn't explain how they build the cement pools only fiberglass pools. He had no pictures to show the work that they have done only pictures from brochures from companies they use for equipment. After explaining what i wanted he wouldn't give a quote for the size pool i wanted, just said that giving a quote doesn't work for him. But insisted that the masonry guy come to my house to look at the backyard. Seemed more like he wanted do stone work then the pool. Was disappointed on the knowledge of the pool and the lack of details on how the construct them. I called them today to tell them that i would be using them and Jack called me back. I told him the truth on why this wouldn't work doing business with him, he told me that he didn't have the proper stuff to go over the pools cause he was in a rush due to a 4pm appt he had. We were to meet between 2pm and 2:30, i called him at noon and asked if we can push it to 2:30-3pm he said oh glad you called i need to make it at 3:30 cause I'm running late. Perfect see you then i said. Today while on the phone he tells me it was my fault he was unprepared cause i pushed the time and he had another appt at 4pm, he kept asking me if i plenty of time to go over things while at my house. He never mentioned another appt at 4pm and didn't leave my house till 5:15pm!! One other thing, while on the phone he was still telling me its a mistake to do concrete pools.!!! WOW! Sir just lean to take no for a answer! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

They installed pool for me back in 1999 and I have used them since to open and close my pool - along with doing whatever else needs to be done to keep pool at 100%... Never had a problem aside from the occasional missed appt ... This job worked out perfect - they came when they were supposed to - did a great job ...

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They do a nice job. Once they delayed to close the pool.

I like the owner, and the way he talks to us about things. He seemed to understand what we wanted.

I called modern comfort pools to set up a pool opening. They said the could fit me in on 6/5. So when June 5th came I sat home waiting for them. Around 1pm I called to get a time frame and was told around 4 pm. So at that time I called work and said I was gonna be a couple hours late. At 6 I left for work and they still hadn't shown up. At 630 I got a call from my wife that the had finnaly shown up. A little while later my wife called and said they had left they couldnt completely open the pool because my pump was burned out. So basically they took my pool cover off for $250.00. At 930 my wife called back and said the pool guy had called three times offering to do odd jobs on the cheap if she called him and not modern comfort pools. And for some reason told her to dump 25 pounds of de in the filter. I have a 18 x 33 above ground pool. I will not be using them again.

THEY WERE RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE REGARDING PRICE. THE PEOPLE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE. IF I HAD A QUESTION NOT RELATED TO THE WORK, THEY LISTENED AND TRIED TO HELP BY EXPLAINING WHAT I ASKED ABOUT.

I WOULD ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO CALL AND CHECK ON THE PRICES FIRST. THE PRICES SHOWN ON THE COMPUTER ARE NOT ALWAYS UP TO DATE. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, THAT WAS FINE.

THE WORK WAS GOOD. IT WAS STARTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, BUT MATERIALS HAD TO BE ORDERED. THE JOB TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN I EXPECTED, I ALSO FELT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.
